Perast is one of the most beautiful towns in the Bay of Kotor, known for its churches, palaces, seaside promenade and the two famous islands in front of the town.
Enjoy a unique adventure driving a charming electric Fiat Topolino along the scenic Bay of Kotor. Each car has two seats and you will drive in a small convoy led by a guide on a motorbike, with beautiful coastal views and photo stops along the way.
Important information before booking: A valid driver’s license is required. Guests who demonstrate unsafe driving may not be allowed to continue the tour and no refund will be issued. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour.

The absolute best day in Kotor!

5.00This was the perfect way to explore Kotor, Montenegro- loved it! We took a quick taxi to Topolino because we were afraid we’d be late for our tour. Ewan greeted us and showed us our cute Fiat e car we’d be driving for the day with him in the car ahead. We drove along the coast with beautiful views all day long. We stopped in Perast where he showed us how to take a quick boat ride over to Lady of the Rocks and tour the church and walk around that quaint area. On the way back we stopped for some great pictures along the way. It was comfortable and so fun. Can’t recommend more. A 10/10 day!

5.00What a hoot!! Riding in a line through the streets of Kotor and Perast in this little electric car was fun! People stopped to look and take pictures! The guys were in front and behind on motorcycles to keep us safe. We loved every minute of it!

5.00This was such a cool experience the little car was Fiat and it was so clean and pristine. I couldn’t remember exactly what I had booked so when we realized we were driving I was so excited. We toured the coastline and stopped in a beautiful seaside town Perast. We stopped for lunch and then headed back to Kotor. Highly recommend the tour.
This was the best day! I can’t think of a better way to see Kotor and the surrounding area!

5.00This was far and away the coolest thing I have done on vacation! The cars are adorable and very easy to drive. I was nervous about driving in traffic but the guys took perfect care of us. They are so kind and made everyone feel comfortable. 10/10 experience. Oh and the places we went were mind blowingly gorgeous! Montenegro is an amazing country!

5.00This tour was an absolute highlight of our cruise trip. 2.5 hours was well spent. Fantastic value and these guys run a lovely small group tour in these amazing little e-cars. They were relaxed and friendly guides, and the cars were absolutely immaculate. Great value, great fun and fantastic memories. People waved, smiled and stopped us in the street while driving these mini Fiat bundles of fun.

5.00We had the most amazing time with Topolino tours . We came off our cruise ship and walked around the scenic foreshore to the meeting point. We were greeted warmly by our guides and given good instruction on how to operate the vehicles and even a blue tooth set up so we could play music along the way. With one guide in front and one behind our group of four cars, we made our way to Perast passing some of the most incredible scenery. We had free time in Perast to explore, eat lunch etc. Our guides were very informative, sharing information on the local area and its legends. Our drive back to the starting point was just as beautiful along the coastal road with the guides keeping us safe in the traffic and stopping to take photos for us all. This activity was so much fun and a well organised afternoon. We had a couple of people on our tour with mobility issues and the guides went above and beyond to make sure they didn't miss out getting down into Perast when they were unable to take the stairs. They were wonderful. This activity is suitable for just about anybody and you wont be dissapointed. 10/10 gentlemen. You and your business are a credit to Kotor and we thank you 😊

5.00We spent the morning driving around Kotor and Perast in a Topolino e car, what a fantastic experience!! The car was easy to drive and manoeuvre. The views were astonishing, some of the prettiest scenery we've ever seen. Ivan, our guide, was polite, professional and very friendly - he was great company and a lovely lad; he drove the lead car and we just tagged along behind, which made things very easy. This trip was money well spent, very enjoyable 😀
