Wonderful way to see Albi and Cordes Sur Ciel

5.00The destinations for this trip are incredible, Albi and Corde Sur Ciel. It's a bus trip with about 40-50 people and trip guide on your phone. The driver, whose name I don't remember, was very pleasant and helpful. Highlights are the cathedral in Albi and Cordes Sur Ciel village on top of a hill. The cathedral is beautiful and interesting. In Cordes Sur Ciel we climbed some cute medieval streets to arrive at downtown. We had a beer at a restaurant overlooking the surrounding valley, which was delightful.

4.00Definitely worth doing this tour to see Cordes in addition to Albi. Personally, I would have preferred to swap 30 minutes of time in Cordes for additional time in Albi as there is much more to do there but that is only my opinion. It was an extremely hot day but bus was comfortable with good air conditioning. Driver was very friendly and welcoming.

5.00This was the best, most efficient, and most cost-effective option for us to see both Albi and Cordes/Ciel from Toulouse in one day, including time to visit the huge church, garden area, and inside the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Although we had left little time for shopping, we did find an amazing pâtisserie in the center of the old town. Cordes/Ciel is an amazing medieval hilltop town. We took the little tourist train from where the bus stops. There was only enough time to walk quickly walk through the town to look around, but that's all we really needed. The bus was very comfortable and air-conditioned, which was very welcome on a very hot summer day.
