This excursion is transportation ONLY. It gets you from point A to point B and back again. Others said that you could've taken a train instead. However, you might not be close to where you want to be and that is a waste of time. Wasting time on vacation is a waste of money. This gets you to where you need to go and back.

Short and sweet. Everything went as planned. The buses could have been better. It was pretty basic. No reclining seats. And most needed of all things was a usb connection to charge phones

The destinations for this trip are incredible, Albi and Corde Sur Ciel. It's a bus trip with about 40-50 people and trip guide on your phone. The driver, whose name I don't remember, was very pleasant and helpful. Highlights are the cathedral in Albi and Cordes Sur Ciel village on top of a hill. The cathedral is beautiful and interesting. In Cordes Sur Ciel we climbed some cute medieval streets to arrive at downtown. We had a beer at a restaurant overlooking the surrounding valley, which was delightful.

The female bus driver was a very good driver. I did not download the audio for this excursion. I booked this excursion for the ease of transporting me to and from these 2 wonderful sites.

Definitely worth doing this tour to see Cordes in addition to Albi. Personally, I would have preferred to swap 30 minutes of time in Cordes for additional time in Albi as there is much more to do there but that is only my opinion. It was an extremely hot day but bus was comfortable with good air conditioning. Driver was very friendly and welcoming.

This was the best, most efficient, and most cost-effective option for us to see both Albi and Cordes/Ciel from Toulouse in one day, including time to visit the huge church, garden area, and inside the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Although we had left little time for shopping, we did find an amazing pâtisserie in the center of the old town. Cordes/Ciel is an amazing medieval hilltop town. We took the little tourist train from where the bus stops. There was only enough time to walk quickly walk through the town to look around, but that's all we really needed. The bus was very comfortable and air-conditioned, which was very welcome on a very hot summer day.

The price includes a bus ride and a free app. There was no guide. A little disappointed....

Albi is one of the most beautiful medieval townes in France! We loved this trip! The Episcopal Palace and its gardens and the St Cecile cathedral are stunning!

Bus was awful - no air conditioning and driver wasn't good. Wouldn't put the air on more. He said it was fine even though everyone was saying it was too hot.

We were 2 minutes late getting there. The tire guide was pleasant… but the driver was extremely rude about our lateness - 2 minutes!!! He was rude to us through the journey. And we found out it wasn’t just us - he basically growled at an older gentleman who was a bit late getting back to the bus at Albi. (This was 20 June). And then there is the audio app. It’s a heavy app to download, and it is very complicated to use. If you don’t keep using it you then have to find the tour again and go through half the process. There is a bunch of older people on the bus that I need to help explain how the app worked. And the app itself is not particularly great. In parts of Cordes you can only get 3G and therefore the app basically doesn’t work. In my opinion the marketing material is misleading when it talks about the audio tour.
