An Amazing Tour of Al-Balad!

5.00My husband and I booked a private walking tour of Al-Balad with Kholoud and had the best time! I initially found her on Instagram and messaged her there. But then we chatted over on Whats App to finalize our plans. I was very nervous about a walking tour in the summer heat but she assured me we could do an evening tour which worked out well! We walked around for a few hours while she showed us all the sites and gave us lots of information on everything. I loved how many shops or cafes we stopped at to get a closer look at things or for a taste test. We tried Arabic coffee, watched a calligrapher in action, stopped into a local painter's shop, and even bought some natural toothbrushes. It was all of these experiences that made this tour even better than we expected. Kholoud is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and it felt like we were walking around with a longtime friend. I highly recommending her for a great walking tour of Al-Balad. We paid cash but you can also do a bank transfer. Our tour was in English but she is also fluent in German for the German tourists out there.
