5.00It was a wonderful and easy experience for us! Kati was very knowledgeable and friendly. The pickup and communication was fantastic because we were disembarking from a cruise ship and timing can be difficult but it was very manageable for us. The Miraflores lock was amazing and the IMAX movie was very good and comfortable. Kati was able to show us her beautiful old and new city of Panama. She also helped tremendously when my husband almost fainted- she was so helpful! Mucho Gracias for a great tour!

5.00What a great tour. Ronaldo picked me up from the hotel right on time. Got to see the Panama Canal and watch two ships move through the locks. Then continued with a tour of the city. He made multiple stops for pictures as well. Highly recommend this as a way to spend half a day.

2.00My main complaint is that it was not disclosed in the tour description of “exclusions” that there was an additional $20 charge for the Miraflores Visitor's Center. Javier asked me to pay him cash of $20 extra at the end of the tour. After the tour, when I checked the Miraflores Visitor's Center website: The change was actually $17.22 for the imax and viewing experience. In the end, the actual cost of this tour is more than $100 when including undisclosed charges. A bit steep for a 1/2 day experience.

She picked up and dropped off me at PTY airport on time and showed me Miraflores Locks, Amador Causeway, Cosco Viejo, Plaza de la Cathedral, French Plaza, Outside of BioMuseo, American Bridge, Independence Square, Plaza Bolivar, Sisu ....... 5.00The guide made all the difference! Katy was attentive, explained a lot about the history of Panama and every detail about the city! She was very kind, taking a umbrella to protect us from the sun, staying in the movie theater queue keeping room, while we were in queue to pick up popcorn. Always offering to take pictures of us! She deserves a score of 10!!
