Discover and explore the mountains of the sierra where we will find the spectacular Magical Copalitilla waterfalls, at approximately 1:30 hours we will arrive at a fascinating place within the jungle where we will find beautiful pools of crystalline waters and waterfalls ideal for swimming, taking photos and contemplate nature.
During the tour there will be a stop to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, we will have a brief explanation on the subject of coffee and we will learn about the healing properties of medicinal plants and products made with medicinal plants by the community.
We will have time to eat the delicious typical regional food of mole with chicken accompanied by pot beans and tortillas made by hand by community cooks (Food not included in the tour)

Cascadas Magicas de Copalitilla
During the visit to Huatulco a recommended activity is the tour of the Magical waterfalls of Copalitilla, in this activity we go aboard an air-conditioned vehicle to the mountains at approximately 1:30 hours to reach the community and take a walk inside from the jungle until we reach the spectacular waterfalls and pools of crystal clear waters we will have time to enjoy the place, swim, take photos and contemplate nature.

After visiting the magical waterfalls we will enjoy a delicious traditional meal such as mole with chicken and handmade tortillas. (Does not include within tour cost)

2.00The waterfalls themselves were beautiful, and the hike/adventure to reach them was enjoyable. The buffet lunch afterward was also very good—a nice multi-course meal with authentic local food. There were definitely some positive aspects to the tour. Unfortunately, our experience with the tour guide made it difficult to fully enjoy the day. Before the tour began, we stopped at a pharmacy where the guide strongly recommended motion sickness medication. Our son is autistic and takes other medications, so we weren’t comfortable giving him additional meds without knowing how he might react. We chose not to purchase it. Once we were on the road, our son unfortunately became sick. When we pulled over to clean him up and make sure he was okay, the guide seemed more focused on pointing out to the group that he had warned us and that we hadn’t followed his advice. As parents dealing with a sick child, we would have appreciated a little more concern for our son’s well-being rather than being made into an example. The situation became frustrating enough that I had to raise my voice and ask him to stop. The waterfalls were nice, although the water was muddier due to rain, so the scenery wasn’t quite what we expected. Still, the area is beautiful and worth seeing. Later during lunch, the guide began discussing politics. Regardless of anyone’s political views, we travel to relax and enjoy time with family, and it felt out of place in that setting. We had actually enjoyed that everyone was seated together as a group, getting to know a little bit about one another. It gave the meal a warm, family-like feeling after a nice adventure, which made it even more disappointing when the political discussion changed the atmosphere and took away from what had otherwise been a pleasant experience. Overall, the tour itself is good and the destination is worth visiting. However, the guide’s approach and demeanor were not a good fit for our family. He may be a great guide for some people, very knowledgeable but based on our experience, we would not take this tour again.

5.00This tour was incredible, we loved everything, we greatly appreciate that they took us to the tasting, but I believe everyone goes for the experience of the waterfalls, to see them and relax, and the tasting alone takes an hour or more; our guide emphasized that we should buy there, applying a bit of pressure, which made us think that he also earns commission from those sales. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

5.00The tour here to the waterfalls was great. The weather/shade was just perfect. We had a great tour guide (Israel), not crowded and we simply could have stayed the entire day. The late lunch we had was excellent and plenty. In the different waterfalls there was employees to help along the way besides your own private guide. Lamby Tours is your only way to book.

4.00A few bottles of water would be nice for the ride. The van was smaller than the pictures showed we were a bit uncomfortable But they were on time and nice. Needs to be a better vehicle for 75.00 one way. Thanks again Viator

5.00This was an amazing tour that everyone visiting Huatulco should do! First of all, our tour guide Edgar was awesome! He was punctual , knowledgeable, professional , hilarious and most of all kept us safe. From the ride there to the pueblos to the waterfalls and back we had an amazing time!

5.00My wife and I had a really fun day at the waterfalls. Lamby Tours picked us up at a hotel next to our AirBnB. They were right on time. The van, including us two, had 11 other people. Full, but not crowded. The van ride took around 2 hours. The guide took us through a twisty mountain drive. It was very interesting seeing how the locals live in the mountain area. The falls were very pretty. Of course lots of tourists doing the same. We had a delicious lunch on our way back, about halfway down the mountain. Highly recommended for something to experience. Our tour guide, Edgar, made the trip fun and informative.

5.00Wonderful tour to the waterfalls. Our Guide Edgar was just incredible! He made sure everyone’s questions were answered, gave us lots of info on the culture and ecology of the area, and I felt like he went the extra mile to make each person truly have an experience to remember
