Good: the lagoons are beautiful, floating in the salt lagoon was really cool - it’s impossible to sink. We had 20 mins (this is the allotted time and it is more than enough) to float, then went on a walk past the other lagoons which was lovely. The landscape is stunning. We floated at 11am so the sun was out and the lagoon was refreshing temp, not too cold! Our guide, Brandon, was great - keen guide who was friendly and had lots of interesting information about the lagoons. Good and safe driver. Could be better: our pick up and drop off times were pushed back because the lagoon was opening late, which was fine. Except that this meant that breakfast was cancelled and we were handed a paper bag with a wrap, fruit, juice box and muesli bar in it when we got on board. Firstly this was super disappointing because the breakfasts we had on other tours with Pukarumi had been delicious, so this really paled in comparison after booking with the expectation of breakfast. Also, they forgot to cater for the three vegetarians on the tour. And there was nothing the guide could do about it, so they just didn’t get a meal… We went in to the tour office afterwards when we got back to town and all they could do was apologise, and listened to our feedback. The rest of our tours with Pukarumi were excellent, and this was a small thing in an unusual circumstance, so I would still book all these tours with them again.

What about this trip?! Just wonderful. From the route to the site, everything is very beautiful. The lagoons are actually pools of the same waterstream, and everything is as beautiful as you see on the Internet. It's not a filter. The lagoon available for visitors is beautiful and very cold! But it is worth holding out the little minutes available for the entrance. Even if you’re not the bravest and don’t want to go in, the tour is stunning. The company offers super beautiful and fragrant bathrobes to complete the experience. The guide Felipe and the driver David were incredible throughout the trip. You are in the top 3 of the Atacama, don't miss out! The company is very serious and organized. We made 4 tours with them and it was our favorite agency. They create WhatsApp groups for the tours, where they pass all the important information and send the location in real time when they’re going to pick up people at the hotel.

The tour was well organized, fun, informative, and efficient. We had a great start to the day by having a breakfast with a view. Once we arrived to the lagoons, spent a brief 20 minutes to swim in the first one which is the only lagoon where you can swim. The water was freezing cold, but with a beautiful turquoise color. Our guide Andres and driver Aldo were great. Andres was communicative in both English & Spanish, friendly and patient with everyone, and took as many pictures/videos as requested. 2 of the 7 lagoons were decent size, the rest fairly small/underwhelming. I would recommended this tour if you have a half day to spare in San Pedro and haven't seen anything like it before.

We booked with Expediciones San Pedro but we went from Pukarumi. The guide Victoria and the driver Andres were super attentive, explained a lot of things and the afternoon snack was very good! All score 10!

Amazing and fun. We visited Mexico. The pools are beautiful. The salt landscape and deep blue color make them special. Swimming in Lagoon 7 (the first) is a lot of fun. Felipe and Julio, our guide and driver, professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant experience. An expert guide in the area, history, evolution, and very empathetic. It offered us super interesting information about the area and surroundings. An excellent option to discover the salt flat of Atacama and lagoons.

Nice place, well carried by Isidora and Andres. Breakfast in a beautiful landscape, and the lagoons land very nice. The water a little cold but after the first impact you don't want to leave. Well organized with gowns for the lagoon exit. The bad, the lagoon is too small for people who go.
