We had a very special experience. I highly recommend Luis N. He picked up our family of 4 at our Airbnb and drove us to the ruins. He knew so much history about Belize and the Mayan ruins. He took his time to explain each area. My dad was having a difficult time keeping up due to COPD and Luis was so patient to allow him time to rest and catch his breath (he did this ALL day - he was so considerate). I also appreciated how protective he was with my little one - she wandered off a few times and he made sure she didn’t get hurt/fall. After the ruins, Luis took us to Benny’s kitchen for some amazing grub and then we were off to the cave for intertubing. Luis took a shortcut to help my dad and he really appreciated this. This day was the experience the entire family kept talking about on the vacation. I am thankful! Thank you Wilder Belize and Luis!

Such a fun experience! Great way to check out Belize along the way! Our guide was so knowledgable and friendly - we had a great time! Not just on the history of belize, but the animals, plants and people of Belize. The cave tubing was incredible and our guide even took us over to the cenote to swim in it along the way.

We spent three days of our vacation with Wilder. On the first day, we went on a spice and chocolate tour with one of his guides (Dany). Dany was very friendly, competent, and safe in guiding us to the various locations. He explained a lot and also shared some personal anecdotes about himself, which made him very likeable. The waterfall at the end of the tour was breathtaking, and we had the place practically to ourselves because the itinerary was flexibly adapted due to the large number of people at the chocolate factory, and we were never surrounded by many other visitors. On the second day, we went with Wilder himself to see the scarlet macaw parrots, which was simply fantastic. Wilder has an enormous amount of knowledge about the local birds and a superb ear. The third day, when we were again with Wilder, was also perfect, and everything was superbly planned. We were able to arrange the entire tour to Xunantunich and the cave tubing privately so that Wilder could drop us off directly at our next accommodation afterward, all at a very good and fair price. All in all, Wilder Belize Adventure was the perfect and best decision we made for our vacation. So, if you're looking for genuine and honest guides who aren't just interested in the money, Wilder is the right choice!! :-) Wilder himself is a very honest, friendly, and kind person who goes the extra mile for his clients. He's also open to special requests, like dropping you off at the next accommodation. We felt very comfortable with him, like a friend proudly showing you his homeland. Thank you for everything, Wilder!

This is totally worth it. Went with my 22 yo son and we had a great time. Wilder was very knowledgeable about everything and a great guide. While it does entail a long car ride, the van was new, air conditioned and very comfortable. The temple does have narrow steps but everyone made it up and we took our time and was totally worth it. The tubing was one of a kind and Wilder gave great history and explained the geological conditions. The lunch stop was delicious also. To know: the tubing site does have croc and phone cover rentals in case you are not prepared (like us). I would definitely recommend!

Wilder was an excellent tour guide, definitely made sure we had an amazing time all day! We did a tour of Xunantunich followed by cave tubing. He picked us up, let us know our agenda for the day, made sure to stop for all the restroom breaks we needed and also made sure we got some breakfast and coffee along the way. He was super knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We learned so much about the history of the Maya people as well as the flora and fauna in the area. There wasn’t a single question I asked that he didn’t know the answer to. We also stopped for lunch (which was delicious). Cannot recommend Wilder Belize enough. We will definitely be taking a tour with him again!!
