We had the best several days all organized amazingly and flawlessly by the sweet Brunella. We had easy transfers from Salerno to Matera with them and a stop on the way to see Castelmezzano. Day trips in Puglia and tours around Matera and transfers to Bari. Our driver was Carlo and he became just a part of our family. We had bad luck with weather but they both made it easy to adjust and be sure we saw as much as we could. I encourage you to just reach out to Brunella if you are anywhere south of Rome she will organize your time efficiently. Both she and Carlo have such pride in their heritage and the area and it shows!

Today (29.9.2025) we took a tour of Matera with Sassi Travel and stopped at some places to visit it briefly. We visited the old town both from the “inside” and from the opposite side. We can only recommend this agency.
