Monastery of the Holy Transfiguration of God
Perched on a hillside just outside Veliko Tarnovo, the Monastery of the Holy Transfiguration of God (Preobrazhenski Monastery) is one of the most important and picturesque Orthodox monasteries in Bulgaria.
