This experience offers you the possibility to enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna in beautiful scenery. This renovated 1958 sauna is at a 20-minute drive from Rovaniemi city center and is situated 150 meters from the bus stop. The private session is split between relaxation times in the steam bath, rocked by the crackling of the wooden stove, the sauna scent, and refreshing times bathing in the freezing water of the river. The alternance of warm and cold will relax your body and mind. A guide will show you the facilities and their use before giving clogs, towels and drinkable water. He stays available anytime in a way to insure you the best sauna conditions possible.

What To Expect

Head back to the sauna as needed, enhancing the experience with a refreshing beer. 5.00It is a highly recommended experience. The place is very nice, the gentleman who served us is very friendly and explains everything so that you live the experience in a different way. The site is somewhat distant from the city but there is public transport.

5.00Really amazing experience! Very welcome, no complaints. The host is really nice and explained us very well by having me very confident and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see that he also spoke French. He also gave us suggestions for places and other activities to do. We really loved this moment, it was one of the highlights of our trip! I highly advise and really recommend this sauna in particular because it is really atypical, beautiful and warm! Not far from rovaniemi (about 24min, it's really worth it). It’s an experience that can be impressive but once you’ve done it, you feel so good on top of the feeling of pride that you got there. I recommend 100%.
