Very interesting and personal expirence from Naresh and Jitendra. They both took the time to educate me on their art, the techniques and the history behind it. Also learning from the masters makes you really appreciate the skill involved in the paintings

Excellent time shared with Jeetu in learning fine painting, of which he is a 4th generation expert. Teaching, demonstration, concentration and action. For a very encouraging result... even if very far from the precision and finesse of all the works made with patience and passion by the family. A good way to realize how these paintings are a real art! Thank you Jeetu.

It was a very fun, hands-on experience with a master artist who gave gentle feedback. I learned a lot, it was the perfect amount of time I was able to ask questions. I highly recommend.

Whether you’re an artist, an art appreciator, and/or accompanying someone who is, you can’t help but enjoy and be impressed by this experience. The master miniature painting artists we met were so warm, provided so much education, and were patient with us as we worked to paint within the lines of our colorful peacock. You’ll be encouraged to consider buying their work, of course, and after you’ve tried it yourself, you’ll understand that the pricing is fair. Just put Pacific Arts in Google Maps and you’ll find it easily.

If you want to experience the true heart of Udaipur’s artistic heritage, look no further than Pacific Arts. I was lucky enough to find this gem through a friend living locally, and it ended up being the highlight of my trip. Personalized Hospitality From the start, Naresh went above and beyond. He actually picked me up from my hotel and brought me directly to the shop. He is an incredibly kind person and shared the fascinating history of how he started this independent gallery, which is proudly owned by 26 different artist families. You can really feel the passion and community spirit here. The 1:1 Painting Lesson The experience itself was deeply personal. I had a 1:1 lesson with Naresh’s brother, who walked me through the intricate details of their traditional techniques. • No Rush: I was allowed to practice for as long as I wanted before starting my final piece (a peacock!). • Comfort: They kept the chai and water coming, and I was able to sit outside for my class, which made for a perfect atmosphere. The Gallery & Shopping The artwork on display is stunning. One of the best parts? There is absolutely no pressure to buy. If you do find something you love, the prices are very fair, and they will even frame your piece on the spot for you. Final Verdict In my opinion, your trip to Udaipur is simply not complete without doing an art class here. It’s more than just a souvenir; it’s a memory. Thank you, Naresh, for such a wonderful day!

I had a wonderful morning at Pacific Art Udiapur attending a private art class with my very talented artist friend. She assured me it would be fun and it was! I found the hidden artist in me thanks to guidance by Jeetu. It was so interesting learning about the history of miniature painting with beautiful art works also for sale. Highly recommended.
