What To Expect

Our driver will be waiting for you at the hotel address you provide us and show a sign with the name of the main passenger. If you have any trouble finding our drivers, please contact the phone number on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed. This service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Please allow us to provide you with your mobile phone number or cell phone number to contact you if there is any change or if our driver cannot see you at the meeting point. In confirmation, you also receive our 24/7 emergency number, and in case you have any questions, please contact us.

Great experience! I would recommend. I took the shuttle from the airport to my hostel. I was the only 1 in the shuttle that morning. The driver was in time abs meet you inside. Before the day, they sent a picture of where to meet in the airport.

JUSTI IN TIME! It was an incredible experience, Ricardo was very kind, they picked us up on time, I talked to him during the trip and I could not have had a better introduction to Ecuador, I learned a lot on the trip, it was short even though the traffic was heavy, he has a lot of knowledge and an incredible attitude, the car was very comfortable, we made a small stop to buy water and go to the bathroom and had no problem, he recommended other tours and things to do in the city, it was great. Thank you Ricardo it was a great tour, I will definitely contact you again.

We used Go 4 Shuttle several times while we were in Quito in 2020 and cannot recommend them enough for their good service. We conveniently booked from Canada and our pick-up at the airport in Quito was seamless. The driver was very competent and professional. When we returned from the Galapagos islands late in the evening and arrived at our accommodation we found that the lobby of the apartment that we rented was locked. Apparently the owner had not informed the security guard that we were coming and he refused to help us. Ricardo was amazing! Not only did he speak to the security guard in Spanish he also spoke to the owner and resolved the issue. Many other companies would have just dropped us off and we would have been left on an abandoned street with nowhere to stay! We are so grateful for Ricardo's assistance and his incredible professional standards. Again, we highly recommend Go 4 Shuttle.
