Could communication, friendly and safe

5.00Typical transfer, but good communication via WhatsApp when he got stuck in traffic on his way. He ended up only 5 min late, but the fact that he informed us was great. The car was also clean etc. I would use them again.

1.00The confirmation did not include a time at which the transfer should take place. The amount was charged immediately. On request, if the desired time of the transfer could be confirmed, the Booking Referral was cancelled. No refund has been made. Without the demand, I would have missed the flight. In my opinion, this is fraud
