1.00There was no driver when I arrived and no communication from the company. Arriving in a foreign country I asked several times how will I identify my driver. Will they have a sign of the company or my name. No answer. Had to call several times to get an answer and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up after a 22 hour flight. I excuse for poor communication to the customer on logistics of pick up and delays is any

5.00Our Driver Sergio was an amazing person. We don't speak much Spanish, and he doesn't speak much English. However, on our 1 hour trip to Pucon he used google translate to talk to us and explain all the sites and area attractions. He recommended restaurants and things to do. Most Chileans we met were friendly, but Sergio made us feel like family. It was truly a great experience
