We will never forget his patience, dedication, and kindness - it was like travelling with a close relative. He took us to the most beautiful sites along the way, including Hallstatt and Dürnstein, with spectacular scenery and charming architecture. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, we were in safe hands with Josef. Do not hesitate to book a similar trip. Ours was truly wonderful.

4.00We booked this transfer on a day when it snowed a lot! We were unable to make our planned stop in Hallstatt due to the conditions of the road. Our driver was lovely, kept up a great attitude and did his best with the tough weather - he got us all safely to Salzburg which is the most important thing! But - obviously we were disappointed that the day did not go as planned and we spent much longer traveling in the car than we had hoped. We received great customer service and they really tried to pivot to salvage the day. So- I'd recommend this only during milder weather months - if you are booking in the winter keep on eye on the forecast and if don't try it if heavy snow is expected.
