What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00Worst experience, we booked a car from HKG to Sheraton HK Hotel and Tower for 2/24/2026, the driver never contacted us via email or WhatsApp message. When I called the local agency Elife Las Vegas, the phone was not answered at 7:00 AM. Later when it was answered at 11:30 AM, the agency said the driver tried to contact us, but there was no evidence in my phone. Viator did acknowledge no one contacted us and the local agency has agreed to refund us. The worst experience we ever had with a Viator trip in last 15 years!

1.00The operator did not show up at the airport to transport us to the hotel. When we contacted them they indicated there was a technical problem and our reservation was missed. The technical difficulty did not stop them from charging our credit card for the service. I asked them to send someone one and the answer was no, leaving us to find las minute transport from the airport. Don’t use this unresponsive service.
