5.00Carlos was our tour guide. He has a vast array of knowledge. We learned a lot and really enjoyed ourselves. Carlos and the driver were very nice and willing to help in any way.

5.00Excellent excellent tour. Our guide (Mali?sp) and driver were fabulous. She was easy to understand and gave us great commentary along the way. Our first stop was a winery—if you’re not into drinking wine they offer 3 options for coffee drinks. Pickup and drop off went smooth and we had a small group which made it even better. It isn’t clear from title but they drop off at either San Antonio or Valparaiso depending on what ship you are on. Highly recommend this transfer to cruise ship.

5.00Super tour! We went from Santiago hotel to Valparaiso port. Excellent driver and tour guide, Israel and Valeska were right on time with an great recent model megavan. Luggage was always safe as the driver stayed with the van. There were 4 of us in our group plus 2 other people. First stop in Casablanca valley wine tasting. Along the drive, Valeska was very informative and had a great personality too. Additional quick stops and drive around Vina del Mar and Valparaiso, all well timed and well coordinated. Last stop was a true highlight with an hour walk in the hills of Valparaiso , very cool and funky. I was a little skeptical when I signed up as there were only 14 reviews. But our entire group was extremely pleased with the tour and the attention to service and detail. Bravo Israel and Valeska!

5.00It was a great way to see more of chile and not waste a day just getting to the port. We were picked up at our hotel ( communication with the tour guide was through what’s app). Valparaiso was worth seeing and the guise was very informative. We were dropped at the cruise port in plenty of time to check in.

5.00We had a wonderful day with our guide, Valeska, and our driver, Israel. Valparaíso is an absolute must-visit when traveling to Chile, and on the way back to Santiago we also enjoyed an excellent wine tasting experience in the Casablanca Valley. Valeska and Israel were both highly professional, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire trip. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to share insights, tips, and helpful advice about anything you might want to know. Everything was well organized and seamless. I would highly recommend this tour with them to anyone visiting Santiago. It was truly one of the highlights of my entire trip to Chile.

5.00I'll be honest, I had never been on a Tour before and wasnt sure if this type of travel was for me- but after working with Valeska and Israel I have a new appreciation for touring! Every detail was handled seamlessly and it was so nice to not worry about anything, like where to store our bags during activities or how to take couple photos without getting my phone stolen. We had a wonderful time with our guides on our tour going from Santiago to Valparaiso. They were very prompt with pickup and departure went perfectly. We appreciated all of the information that Valeska shared about the geography and climate as we drove through the Casablanca Valley, and our wine tasting experience was delicious. We also spent some time in Viña del Mar, and we were lucky that it was not very crowded at the Flower Clock and at our other stops. Our walking tour in Valpo was a wonderful introduction to the city and its history and Valeska shared a lot of fantastic recommendations tailored to our interests and our schedule. She also gave us lots of good advice on how to navigate the city and avoid misfortune. We had such a great time learning from her! Also, I really enjoyed Israel's music playlist, it kept our energy up during the drive to Valpo. They answered all our questions and I'm looking forward to our next few days here. Israel was very kind and dropped us off directly at our hotel instead of the port. They have given us such a great experience that I'm already planning out our next visit to Chile! Valeska and Israel are very experienced and we appreciated all they had to share. We'd love to join some of their other tours in the future!

5.00We were pleasantly surprised. I had some free time before boarding, so we decided to take a tour. We hadn't really researched the area because it wasn't our final destination. However, we were enchanted by Valparaíso, its colorful streets, its history, and the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean from the hills. The tour guide and the vineyard were delightful and explained the entire route to us with great enthusiasm. For my next trip I would like to stay a few days in Valparaíso!
