  Alex was friendly and arranged our transfer to the airport within minutes. The driver was outside our flat 20min before we were due to leave but did not put pressure on us. We had a lovely chat on the way to the airport. Lovely experience. I would recommend.

  I found out about Alex Travel in a forum post and messaged him late Saturday night for an airport transfer the next day. He was not only quick to respond but he set up the transfer for Sunday afternoon with no problem. He gave us great restaurant and tour suggestions. My mom really wanted to go to Savoca to do a Godfather tour and I waved to go to Cefalu for the beach. Alex did a personalized private tour for us and even brought lunch for us. If you're going to Sicily and need any kind of transportation, book with Alex. You went regret it!

  We used the services of Alex Travel Sicilia for a transfer towards Palermo Airport. In addition to the excellent service to say the least, we found a rare professionalism in the person of Alex, the Owner, who has never failed his professionalism with a fair and timely communication devoid of intrusiveness, a punctuality not taken for granted is, despite the period of great work seen the season has not failed to his commitments. Excellent means used, clean, comfortable, available for excursions and tours in wonderful Sicily, attentive connoisseur of regional history, very polite, well known in fact in our case was in addition to the real reviews a word of mouth by as many and demanding travelers.   We used his service for transport from the airport to our hotel and he was really helpful in recommending places to visit and where to eat real Palermo food and I must say that he really kept his word!! Punctual, precise and honest, he was an important point of reference of the trip, if I could give 10 stars I would, my friends and I had a lot of fun on the shuttle with him!   As soon as we met Alessandro for the requested transport, he immediately won us over with his frankness, availability and professionalism. It made us feel immediately "at home" and provided us with a number of very useful information for us who did not know the city. At our request, at very affordable prices, it also led us to know some significant places in Palermo and its surroundings. His very pleasant company was definitely an added value in our trip.   For our weekend in Palermo I contacted Alex by email for the transfer from the airport to the city. I was contacted very quickly. Excellent organization, punctuality and Service quality. I noticed a great availability towards the needs of the customer: from tips for sightseeing in the city (we have organized tours in Monreale without problems) to restaurants where you can appreciate the real Palermo food. He introduced us to an excellent pastry shop in Palermo!! Return to the airport on Sunday without any problem and on time (around noon). Let's not forget the value for money: great indeed! I recommend it to everyone! Thanks Alex, see you soon.

  Ciao a tutti, ho usufruito del servizio di Alex travel e vi posso assicurare che mi sono trovato molto bene,puntualità, precisione e prezzi onesti. Ottimo parco auto ben organizzato, ho usato il tranfer dall'aeroporto di Palerno al centro della città dove avevamo appartamento ed il conseguente ritorno al termine della vacanza. Poi sempre con lui e seguendo i suoi consigli siamo andati al duomo di Monreale e una visita ad un ad un paio di streat food ottimi!!! Se siete a Palermo contattatelo e sicuramente riuscirà ad esaudire i vostri desideri.
