  We booked a 4hr Doha desert tour with Discover Qatar and had a great experience - specially due to our tour guide Alarm. He arrived on-time and was very knowledgable, professional, friendly, and attentive. He also took some nice photos for us. I would highly recommend!

  20 hr layover in Doha….what should we do? Well let’s do this 4 hr tour starting at 9 am. Bassam met us and drove about an hour to the outskirts of Doha. There we started our up and down thrilling ride thoughtl the sand dunes. Moments where I thought for sure we would flip never happened. ALOT of laughter!! He was very informative and just a super guy. Experience will not be forgotten!! Mouna, Rocio and Musarath, representatives of Discover Qatar Transit tours were extremely helpful and made the process smooth and fun.

  I booked stopover package through Qatar holidays with hotel and tour. The website guided me to book all but it booked the tour on the day before I land in Doha. I didn't verify the date and assumed that the website would have done correctly. On the day of tour, no one showed up on pick up spot and after enquiry I found out the date was previous day and Qatar holiday didnt send me any notification about the tour and also no notification for the no show. This is worst experience from Qatar holidays and I will never book any tour from them. After frustration of doing nothing at Doha, Qatar holidays didnt refund me the tour i didnt go and said it is customer responsibility to verify the dates. Pls don't book through Qatar holidays and if you book, ensure the dates are correct.

  We booked a desert tour out to the inland sea our driver was George he was fantastic after you scared the pants of us a couple of times we ask if could tame down he did but still made thrilling. The inland sea is magical the water is very clear & salty

  We booked the Desert and Inland Sea tour and sadly were not able to go on the tour. We had luggage with us and were told we wouldn't be able to bring it and they did not offer storage for the bags. The onsite staff did their best to accommodate us by trying to work with the airline so we could check our bags for our next flight early however the airline did not allow it. We asked if we could switch to the city tour which is on a large bus and had trunk space for our bags but upper management told the on site staff that they were not able to switch our bookings. Our only option was to book the city tour and not be refunded for our desert tour.

  Private tour with dinner in the desert. The experience we had with this company is nothing short of excellent. The guide who picked us up from the hotel was a very nice and nice Indian guy who has lived in Qatar for several years as a tour guide, so very prepared and skilled at driving on the sand dunes. Although the standard itinerary was different, he was very helpful in accepting our requests, as we wanted to visit the inland sea and see the flamingos wintering in the lagoons inside the desert. Thanks to him the experience was even more appreciated. Dinner in the desert by the sea was then really well prepared.
