Natalia was an excellent guide. Her enthusiasm and personal knowledge of the area enhanced the trip. She kept in contact to arrange the pick up from our hotel the night before and was very punctual. There were only 2 other people on the trip so we had a car and she offered to adapt anything if we wanted to. She gave us loads of information about the history which we had no idea about. We started at the supermarket to change some currency and she showed us which things were supplied by different countries or produced locally. There were several short stops with photo opportunities as well as the main sights including entrance to the church, the market and the fortress. She even bought us all a candle to light in the church and pickled apple to try! She also provided umbrellas as it rained most of the day. Lunch was booked at a local restaurant and we tried the recommended local dishes. We got through passport control easily as she just took our passports in and we were able to keep the tickets in the passports as a souvenir. If we had any questions she was happy to answer them. Sometimes when you are on a coach there are strict timelines but this was very relaxed and we did not feel rushed or clock watching all day. A very enjoyable day.

We had an amazing day with Natalya touring Bender and Tiraspol in Pridniestrovie/Transnistria. She picked us up personally, and she had amazing information about Moldovan, Soviet, and Transnistrian history. We toured everything we could, and she took us even to the central Tiraspol Green Market, where we tried local honey and brined pickles (amazing). Our lunch at the Back in the USSR restaurant was exceptional and worth every ruble. 100% recommend 🙂

First of all I have to say a big thank you to Natalia our guide. I’ve never met a guide more passionate about their career and someone who is so happy to show you their country. She had great in depth knowledge of history, politics, and culture and truly showed us a great time. I’d recommend for anyone visiting Moldova to add this tour as a must do experience on their trip. Groups are no more than 4 people and the guides are flexible as well, showing you everything but make sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying it at their own pace. Would recommend 100%, it’s worth every dollar spent.

Great tour through a country hardly recognized by most of the modern world. However, when in Moldova it is def worth the day trip to go there. Process was seamless and did not have any issues in regard to safety. My guide Natalia was fantastic. From the beginning of booking through the excursion itself she is the ultimate professional making sure the tour is enjoyable and informative. She seeks to make sure you are comfortable throughout the journey. Highly recommended tour w a highly recommended guide.

I'd like to share my incredible experience with Natalia throughout the preparation and execution of my visit to Transnistria. From the very first contact, she was extremely attentive, providing detailed and informative information that helped me plan my trip safely and with peace of mind. During the day trip, she led the tour to the main points of interest, explaining with great dedication the origins, history, and interesting facts of each location. Her passion for what she does and her in-depth knowledge made the experience even more enriching and memorable. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a well-led, informative tour full of the details that make all the difference. It was, without a doubt, one of the best tourism experiences I've ever had! Natalia also provided useful information about the city of Chisinau and helped me with information for my visit to Odessa, Ukraine. Jaerson Brasil

One of our main plans in Moldova was to visit Transnistria. We are really lucky to have Natalia as our guide on this trip. She was as excited as us to share & show us this Unique place, we were curious about. She is kind, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Natalia understood our interests and helped understand culture, food, weather and sites in a timely manner. She took us to the Sunday market, souvenir shop and also helped us with excellent lunch choice. Pridnestrovie will be a special part of our memory! All thanks to Natalia. Ps: Thank you for also giving us excellent recommendations in Chisinău.
