3.00I received advance communication from one driver, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, no one was there to meet me. When I called the driver who had previously reached out, he declined my call (he eventually sent a message that someone else was coming to get me). I got a call from the newly assigned driver, but I could not hear what she was saying. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes before she showed up and we connected. This was not a great first impression of this company. Ultimately, the driver was pleasant and drove me safely to my hotel.

5.00The driver was courteous enough to call and let us know that he was in traffic and would be running a little late. We really appreciated this. The vehicle was extremely nice and accommodating. The driver was nice enough to stop us by a convenience store to buy drinks before taking us to our hotel. I would recommend this company.

2.00No one met me at arrivals with a sign. Once outside I had a text message to announce my arrival. I didn’t know what car or tag number to look for. A bottle of water was not provided. Not a very comforting experience for an older woman alone….
