Leaving behind Tromsø we will travel across the beautiful bridge that links Tromsø with Kvaløya, here urban life vanishes transforming into wild Arctic landscapes. The road takes you through dramatic mountains, scenic fjords and tranquil coastal villages. You can also observe wildlife such as agules, reindeer or elk that roam freely in this area.

A magical trip around the snow backed Fjords under pastel pink skies

5.00Our trip to the Fjords with Aurora 7 Nordic Experiences was one of the highlights of our visit to Tromso. This was partly due to the incredible scenery (snow covered mountains backing large expanses of water), the Polar Night skies (soft pastel pink and blue colours casting their glow over the snow and water), and our guide Andie who gave us lots of information about the area and life in Tromso - she was excellent and made sure we were happy and safe at all times. As a bonus, Andie took some fantastic photos of us on our trip and emailed these through afterwards. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Took a family trip to Tromso to celebrate new year. While there, we went on a scenery tour with Andie Szatmari. The scenes were absolutely breathtaking. Andie knew exactly the right places to go, and she arranged the stops such that we could get the most out of the little sunlight under polar night. To make it even better, it turned out Andie was a photographer. She took many beautiful photos of my kids playing in the snow. An absolutely lovely experience!!

From the very beginning, the atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and full of great energy, which made the whole experience feel personal and special. Andie is not only an excellent guide but an incredibly talented photographer — the photos truly exceeded our expectations. Each image beautifully captures both the Arctic landscapes and us in the moment, and each image reflects her eye for detail and ability to tell a story through photography. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tromsø

5.00Andie was an excellent guide. Friendly and generous with information, she took us to some of the most stunning scenery on the islands. She also prepared a delicious traditional lunch and dessert herself. Everyone enjoyed the day immensely; it was truly worthwhile.

5.00My partner and I absolutely loved this fjord trip. It was a small, cosy group, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed—exactly how we like it. Andie, our tour guide, was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. She’s also a photographer and was always happy to help us take photos; she even took pictures with her own camera and sent them to us afterwards, which was such a thoughtful touch. The tour itself was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to spot some roaming reindeer along the way. The experience ended perfectly with a delicious homemade traditional soup, rice paper, and some sweets. The day was clear, though a bit windy, but we truly made the most of it. Highly recommended.

5.00Andie was an amazing guide and my wife and I would highly recommend seeing the sites with her as she is extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture and landscape. We recommend including the photography package. We just got ours back and they are incredible! She is very talented and we didn’t have one bad picture. You won’t regret booking with Andie!
