We had a fantastic day with our lovely guide Andie who was driving the 7 of us around the beautiful Kvaløya and Sommarøy. She took care of us during the whole trip very well, made sure we had enough time for taking pictures, could avoid the crowds, enjoy the stunning sceneries. She was providing plenty of information about Tromsø and Nothern Norway and she took us to beautiful spots! She is a fantastic photographer too, took amazing pictures of us which we got per e-mail after a couple of days - a lovely memory of this beatiful day trip! All in all I’m very happy I could go on this trip with Andie with the minivan, instead of the big bus which was following us the whole time. The trip lasted about 5 and a half hours, so we got back to to meeting point around 3.30pm.

We booked this Arctic Fjords tour with Aurora 7. It was advertised as 4.5 hours, starting at 10:00. In reality it started over 30 minutes late because the guide and the director (Luis Gerardo Campoverde Calle) claimed overbooking and bus issues despite knowing the numbers in advance – we waited outside in the cold. The whole thing dragged on far longer than promised, ruining our last day in Tromsø: we missed pre-booked attractions, had to rush, and spent extra money as a result. The guide promised lunch as “compensation” for the delay, but it was already included. We wasted prime sunny time sitting in a restaurant waiting for food, missing great photo opportunities as the light faded and then had to see the rest in the darkness. The meal was disappointing – we ordered whale but got deer instead (disguised as whale, we had both before so we know the difference). On the way back he sped excessively on slippery roads, overtaking other cars, despite earlier talking about safety warnings, making the drive feel reckless – we had to insist on going straight to Tromsø instead of more stops. The listing still says 4.5 hours, which is completely misleading. Poor organisation, false promises, lies, and unsafe driving made this one of the worst tours we’ve ever done. Avoid. 1/5.

amazing tour guide with good humor, who is also a professional photographer. she knows all the scenic spots around the area, so we ended up with a day trip full of beautiful fjords and vacation pictures to make our friends at home jealous. I would recommend it!

"Our trip to Tromsø was an absolute blast! We were a group of 12 guests, and the vibe was fantastic from start to finish. A huge shoutout to our guides, Andie and Eduardo, who were incredibly kind and made everyone feel welcome. Even though we didn't manage to spot any whales during our stay, the experience was still magical—we were lucky enough to see two seals! Highly recommend this team for their great energy and professional approach."

We had a wonderful trip with our guide Andie taking special interest in explaining details about the various locations, their geological origins, the creation of fjords etc. The trip was very well curated as it included key stops along the way that had unique views of the scenery giving a wonderful glimpse of the region. Additonally the stops chosen had hardly any tourist, thereby allowing for a more quiet and undisturbed viewing. Andie has a deep understanding of the region that makes her an excellent guide for the tour. She went the extra step by taking wonderful pictures of the group members with unique views of the locale, thus helping us create wonderful memories.

We were with Andie on a tour of Sommaroy. It was a fantastic experience, it took us through landscapes of overwhelming beauty. In addition to telling us many interesting things about Norway, its culture, society and orography, he conveyed his love for photography and the aesthetics of light and colors in this part of the world. The pictures you took are great.

Our trip to the Fjords with Aurora 7 Nordic Experiences was one of the highlights of our visit to Tromso. This was partly due to the incredible scenery (snow covered mountains backing large expanses of water), the Polar Night skies (soft pastel pink and blue colours casting their glow over the snow and water), and our guide Andie who gave us lots of information about the area and life in Tromso - she was excellent and made sure we were happy and safe at all times. As a bonus, Andie took some fantastic photos of us on our trip and emailed these through afterwards. I highly recommend this tour.

Took a family trip to Tromso to celebrate new year. While there, we went on a scenery tour with Andie Szatmari. The scenes were absolutely breathtaking. Andie knew exactly the right places to go, and she arranged the stops such that we could get the most out of the little sunlight under polar night. To make it even better, it turned out Andie was a photographer. She took many beautiful photos of my kids playing in the snow. An absolutely lovely experience!!

We had an absolutely wonderful day on the Tromsø Arctic Fjord Adventure with Andie. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and full of great energy, which made the whole experience feel personal and special. Andie is not only an excellent guide but an incredibly talented photographer — the photos truly exceeded our expectations. Each image beautifully captures both the Arctic landscapes and us in the moment, and each image reflects her eye for detail and ability to tell a story through photography. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tromsø
