  Everything was perfectly organized, the guide was super friendly, competent and gave us lots of exciting information about the Northern Lights and the surrounding area. The ride itself was pleasant, and we were taken to an ideal spot away from light pollution. And then came the highlight. The aurora! It was just magical. Thank you Lorenzo❤️

  My mom, brothers and I took the 8-person Van tour to see the Northern Lights. It was an incredible experience, especially thanks to our guide Michele, a very good guy, really professional and competent. It took us about an hour from Tromso to an enchanted place near a lake and then from there the magic. • Wonderful tour of the dawn

  We did the Aurora hike on Saturday 7th February with Arctic Wild Tours and everything was just perfect. We started with the aurora already over Tromsø -and this was definitely luck- but everything else was thanks to our guide Andrea! Very prepared and passionate, he explained in detail the phenomenon of the Northern Lights and what we could expect during the evening. It took us about 40 minutes from the city, in a wonderful location, with a starry sky that took your breath away. As soon as I got out of the van there was a beautiful aurora in the sky, but after a few minutes it vanished. Andrea immediately lit the fire and provided us with thermal suits: we stayed a couple of hours around the campfire (we were 8 people in total) and it was really nice to get to know each other and chat together. He offered us a delicious soup (much more than a snack, a real meal!), hot chocolate, tea and biscuits, all perfect for warming up while waiting. After a while we saw a second aurora and were already fully satisfied. But this is where we must make a special mention for Andrea: as we were leaving, he realized that the data presaged a memorable aurora. He asked us if we wanted to stay another 30-40 minutes... and gave us what we can consider one of the most beautiful shows of our lives: a powerful aurora that literally danced in the sky for several minutes! An indescribable emotion. We can't thank him enough! Among other things it was his day off and he agreed to go out because the guide who was supposed to accompany us had something unexpected: thank you very much Andrea! And thanks also to Lorenzo Ragazzi for all the valuable information provided when booking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a truly high level experience, with a great value for money! • Patience Locating the Northern Lights

  Sometimes locating clear skies to observe these amazing phenomena can be elusive. It is critical to have an experienced and knowledgeable driver / guide who knows where the most likely locations are to aee the Northern Lights. Our guide, Vera, was persistent finding the best place for observing the Aurora Borealis. We drove for 3 hours to multiple locations through snow storms. Her persistence was rewarded with an absolutely amazingly clear view of them. Truly, a once in a lifetime experience. The Aurora Borealis were especially active; colors dancing across the sky from horizon to horizon. Book this tour!! But, remember - you must be patient.

• Beautiful Northern Lights

  Started out slow and were unsure if we would see the Northerns lights, but we kept going and were rewarded with great Northern lights. Bonfire was a nice touch and guide was very good. The van which seated 8 was tight and moderately uncomfortable if you were in the back seats ( which we were). Overall, very good

  Simply unforgettable experience! I was lucky enough to see the Northern Lights with this agency and I can only recommend it to anyone who dreams of living such a special moment, especially with Italian guides. From Lorenzo to his entire team, one more nice and kind than the other! From the first moment you can feel their great passion and knowledge of the phenomenon: they do not just “take you hunting” for the aurora, but really do everything possible to increase the chances of seeing it, monitoring weather and solar activity and moving to the best points. A huge added value was the photographic part: the guides explain clearly and patiently how to set up the camera and smartphone to be able to capture the aurora in the best way. Even those who do not have great experience can bring home beautiful shots. The climate during the hike has always been serene and welcoming, making me feel followed and safe at all times. An authentic experience, with attention to detail, that I would do every day. Highly recommended!

  We have seen the Northern Lights and we are happy, but this does not depend on the Agency but on the C(ulo) factor. But there are two things that I think should change: 1) book tours in minivan with photographer paying more and then discover that the photos are paid, about 10 €. Beyond the disproportionate cost for a simple photo, I think that at least one free photo as a souvenir must give, then if you want you buy the others. 2) After 3 hours of hiking and seeing the dawn the guide asked the group if we wanted to continue the tour or not. Having some elderly traveling companions we returned. My fault probably, that I did not want to be the only one to say that I wanted to continue antagonizing the other 6 people on the tour, but it is also wrong of the guide to put the tourist in such a condition, where more people who do not know each other have to make a decision. The tour lasts 6-8 hours and amen, while paying 200 euros I did 3 hours of tour seeing the dawn next to garbage cans.

  I can't recommend this company highly enough for our brilliant N Lights trip this wk. We met our guide Andreas at the designated location,and we headed off in a mini bus as a small group.We drove for a round 40 mins to a secluded,remote beach and set up camp.Andreas was a fantastic host... excellent English, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly.He took care of the needs of the group with hot drinks, snacks+cookies.We waited until midnight for the fantastic display and we were blown away.Just spectacular.The price was really reasonable and I'll return again.
