What To Expect
During this experience, you will take part in a complete Bulgarian dining ritual, guided step by step in a relaxed and authentic setting. We begin with a traditional rakia and fresh salad, where you will learn how locals start every proper meal and why this ritual is so important in Bulgarian culture. As the table opens, you will enjoy a selection of traditional mezze dishes, sharing food the way Bulgarians do, while discovering the social side of the table and how meals bring people together.
