Enjoy a self-guided trip through the famous Flower Bulb region near Amsterdam with the Tulip Tour of Renzy. Take in the colors and the smells, and stop as often as you want for a selfie among the tulips. You drive, in the tough, open-cab Twizy, a 20km route along the colorful tulip and flower production fields around Flowerpark Keukenhof and to an authentic tulip farm. The onboard audio guide tells you all the ins and outs about the area and shares cool tulip facts. Cruise on country roads along the flowering tulips and park your Twizy beside the road to admire the sea of flowers up close. Driving a Renault Twizy is super easy and fun: on the road you attract a lot of attention! The Twizy is 100% electric and gentle on your ears.
Renzy's tip: Experience the tulip fields by yourself and no crowds when you book an evening tour from 7pm – 9pm. (sunset around 8.30pm).

Renzy is NOT located at Flowerpark Keukenhof itself and our tours do NOT give you access to the park. Our GPS audio tour will show you the tulip and flower production fields surrounding the Keukenhof Flowerpark, an area also known as the Flower Bulb Region
We are located within 850mtrs from the main entrance of flowerpark Keukenhof (a 20-minute walk to location Renzy) and easy accessible if you travel by public transport or car from Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, Leiden and Hoofddorp.
At least 3 years in possession of a driver's license, age from 21 years old
Please bring your passport or ID and driver's license
If you are not from Europe, United Kingdom, North America, South America or Australia, please bring an international driver's license if you do not have a driver's license in English writing
If there is a second driver, make sure he/she also brings a passport or ID and driver's license
Deposit payment in advance of €150,- (credit card/pin & refund pin/cash)
The best time to visit the tulip fields in gorgeous bloom is from mid-April to early May. But it is and remains a natural product so we never know 100% sure when the tulip fields are in bloom.
In the Twizy you sit behind each other. There is enough space for 2 adults or 1 adult and a child
The Twizy is driven on country roads with a maximum speedlimit of 30 or 60km per hours
This is a private self-guided tour, only your group will participate
This tour will take place, rain or shine
Own risk of €500,- per reserved vehicle
Vehicles are all-risk insured including 3rd party and passenger insurance
Not recommended for travelers with mobility problems

5.00Toured the landscape with a lovely little car. Along the way there was plenty of time to stop, eat or drink, enjoy the scenery. We also picked strawberries on the way and had a nice lunch. Car is for 2 people and you are both very comfortable. Steering is also easy and there is a box in the car that keeps telling you something when you drive past something. Really a very nice experience!
Even though the fields were already cut, the Tulip Experience was very worthwhile

5.00Amazing and so much fun!!! We highly recommend doing this. Guys we dealt with were super nice and friendly. It is a bit scary to be on the main roads with car, buses, trucks and bikes but you do get used to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We did Keukenhof first then this and we liked this so much more. Just note car are very small so if you are bigger or tall person might be a bit tight.

5.00Great time! It was a blast driving through the privately owned fields and being able to stop as you go. The only thing that was a negative was my size. I’m 6’3” and 220lbs. I had to push the seat all the way back. Thankfully my wife is small and a trooper. We made the best of the experience.

5.00One of our favorite things ever. We had so much fun on the Renzy audio guided tulip tour. The little cars were perfect for getting around to lots of different tulip fields. So easy to drive. Maartan gave great instructions and we were set to go. We had three cars and staying together was no problem at all. The audio portion gave good directions and lots of interesting information. Would highly recommend taking this tour.

5.00This was a great way to see the tulip fields! Easy to drive, easy to follow the route, and plenty of time/charge to explore outside the designated route as well. It is about a 15-20min walk along a bike road from Keukenhof Entrance 1. Of note, for bigger and/or taller individuals, the vehicle may be a bit uncomfortable - my partner is just shy of 6” and I am 5’3” and we felt very couped in the vehicle. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!
