What To Expect
This is a one-way transportation service that usually starts with your arrival at Tulum International Airport. We will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminals by the bar. We meet you with a board and your name on it, take you to our van that is located within the Taxi and Shuttle parking area and then we are on our way towards your accommodation. A 15-minute complimentary stop is included, usually at a gas station on the way, if you wish to make some quick convenience store purchases or exchange USD into Mexican Pesos. 60 to 90 minutes later we will arrive at the destination. If you need a trip for the way back, we pick you up at your hotel or accommodations and take you directly to the TQO airport

Top Klass communicated before pick up, confirmed pick up and sent me images of the van and name of the driver when I landed so I knew exactly where to go and who was driving me and my friend. They are reliable and on time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the vacation.

5.00Excellent service from Daniel and his team !! For our Yucatan tour (we spent 12 days in the region with a group of 6 adults) we booked the private shuttle from Cancun to Tulum. As the service of this first experience was very good we have decided to book them from Tulum to Bacalar, from Bacalar to Vallaloid , from Vallaloid to Chiquila to take the ferry to go to Holbox and last but not least from Chiquila to Cancun airport to close our trip. Daniel offers were competitive even when he was forced to subcontract. His team or his subcontractors were alwyas on time, very attentive, with most of the drivers easy communication and most importantly we felt safe. Daniel was always available ( most of the time via whatsapp for me) for any support and advice. I highly recommend Daniel and his team.
