Always very attentive, patient and objective, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and helped in choosing the perfect tours in Cancún. It was all very well organized, without any unforeseen or worry. You can see when someone works with dedication and really loves what they do. I highly recommend Soy Cancún and if you get a chance, ask to be taken care of by Mayara — the experience makes all the difference!

5.00We had a simply wonderful experience with the agency! We made the tours to Tulum, Xcaret, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and Coco Bongo, and everything was impeccable from start to finish. Excellent service, always very attentive, organized and professional. We would like to highlight especially the care of Ingrid Miranda, who was exceptional: extremely attentive, helpful and always available, responding quickly, virtually 24 hours a day, which gave us a lot of safety throughout the trip. All the tours were well planned, punctual and exceeded our expectations. I recommend closed eyes! It was all perfect.
