Tulum

Playa Maya

Stephanie was the photographer and she was amazing too. My kids and I enjoyed it from beginning to end! Do it! You won’t regret it! Worth every penny!

5.00Excellent tour. Be prepared and it will be even more fun! Dry clothes, something to put the wet clothes in, towels, and non-disposable water bottle. Giude was excellent. Drive was long from. Cancun, but worth it. 8 year old in our family had the most fun!

5.00This was a wonderful experience to do 3 activities all in one day. Each activity was a very different experience. Our day was very hot at the ruins and there is not much shade. The swimming with the turtles was great. We saw about 5 turtles and there came very close to us. We spent about 45 minutes in the water. Then we went to the Cenote for a different experience of swimming in a cave of fresh water. The water was cool but refreshing.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing experience with Ocean Tours in Playa del Carmen on our Tulum, sea turtles, and cenotes excursion during our stay at Club Med Cancun. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organized and seamless. They picked us up directly at Club Med, which made the day easy and stress-free for our family. Our guide, Paco, was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Tulum and the Mayan culture, and he made the entire experience engaging for both adults and kids. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great day and understood what we were seeing, rather than just rushing us through the stops. Swimming with the sea turtles was unforgettable, and the cenotes were absolutely beautiful. Paco also did a great job balancing the educational side of the tour with plenty of time to enjoy the experience and relax. This ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip to Mexico, and we would absolutely recommend Ocean Tours — especially if you get Paco as your guide. They helped create memories our family will be talking about for a long time.

4.00Guide of 10, regular prior organization. It is indicated that you carry water and sun cream, but it is forbidden to enter later with plastic bottles and food and prohibited to use sun cream. I believe that in the previous information they should correctly warn of the limitations to be properly equipped and avoid strong sun exposure without cream or water. 5.00Incredible trip to see the ruins of the Mayan city of Tulum including snorkelling at the beach where we saw turtles and stingrays. Also includes a visit to a covered cenote and a taco lunch. Our guide Daniel was really knowledgeable and funny and provided water and snacks in the coach. A great day and would defitinely recommend!
