We were very satisfied and received a lot of important information in a structured and realistic way. Not a "memorized" script but really your own interest or concern. And that can do much more than just words. Thank you for that!!

I had the privilege of visiting the Tunnel of Hope Tour – Survival and Resilience in Sarajevo on 23rd February 2026, and it was one of the most powerful and moving experiences I’ve ever had. The tour offers a deeply personal and eye-opening insight into life during the siege of Sarajevo. Walking through the historic Sarajevo Tunnel — a lifeline that connected the city to the outside world — truly brings history to life. It’s one thing to read about resilience; it’s another to stand in the very place where survival depended on courage, ingenuity, and hope. Our guide was exceptional: knowledgeable, passionate, and respectful. They shared stories that were both heartbreaking and inspiring, balancing historical facts with human experiences in a way that felt authentic and deeply meaningful. The tour was thoughtfully paced, allowing time to reflect and ask questions. What stood out most was the spirit of resilience that still defines Sarajevo today. This experience is not just a history lesson — it’s a tribute to the strength of a community that endured unimaginable hardship and emerged with dignity and unity. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sarajevo. It’s an essential, educational, and profoundly moving experience that leaves a lasting impression long after you leave.

The tunnel is a memorabilia of the Serbian aggression in Bosnia. This is the place where the volunteer soldiers received and stored food and other supplies from the U.N. I can imagine the hardship and suffering of those who have been killed and wounded during the conflict. Touring the tunnel makes me realized that life is so short and events are so unpredictable

I booked a 3 hour tour to the Tunnel of Hope with tour to other war facilities in Sarajevo for 20 euros. Amber a nice girl who spoke good Italian. It will be because I was alone but the tour lasted 2 hours and we did not stop at the other attractions only a summary explanation on a bird's eye view. The visit to the tunnel (which is reconstructed and not original) is charged another 10 euros and is done by yourself. Short movie and go. Unfortunately it was winter and snowing, in other seasons I would say that it is better to arrive alone (bus or taxi from Dovrinija) But you do not expect so much.

The tunnel of hope demonstrates the resilience of people to take back control of their destiny. Yasif, my tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a good perspective of what the Bosnian people were up against and how they persevered to overcome adversity.
