What To Expect
Arrival Point: As you exits the customs area, you will be greeted by a uniformed airport dispatch officer, you must provide him/her with your name and/or ticket and advise them that you will be picked up by us (they will already have your details), the officer will then call the driver to collect you.

3.00The driver and vehicle was everything we expected but I would think like normal a driver and vehicle would be waiting for us with a name on a card . The guy meeting us was very nasty and asked me if I needed help and when I said where to I pick up a private car I don’t need help he sent me to other side of airport 10 minutes later I went back he asked again if I needed help I said no and he walked away another gentleman came to me he said he is looking for a tip to call for the car wow not good for you guys

5.00For a family of five, this private airport transfer service is a great value! You pay $20/person for shared taxi services on the island, so for us this was a much better experience. The driver was punctual and friendly, and she helped us arrive at PLS with plenty of time to spare before our flight!

3.00It was ok — the driver was excellent but the check in was kinda a free for all .. really no organization to the process. Had to remind the female representative 3 times that we were waiting … where she finally realized that we were still waiting. Mind you … we paid extra for a VIP private service. Gave a 3 star because the driver was really nice and accommodating. Otherwise, might want to consider another service since there was no VIP to this … could of just taken a taxi which might of been faster and cheaper
