Pre-Service Preparation Vehicle Preparation: The assigned driver ensures the vehicle is immaculate — washed, vacuumed, and stocked with amenities such as: Chilled bottled water Phone charging cables Mint towels or small refreshment options Professional Appearance: Driver is dressed in Pegasus uniform (pressed shirt, slacks, polished shoes) and carries identification. Time Check: Drivers are dispatched to arrive 15–30 minutes early to the pickup location, ensuring punctuality and peace of mind for the guest. 3. Guest Pickup Arrival & Greeting: Driver arrives early, parks in a visible yet discreet location, and greets guests warmly by name. For airport pickups: driver tracks flight status in real-time and waits at the arrivals area . For villa/hotel pickups: driver announces arrival via text or front desk communication. Assistance: Driver assists with luggage and ensures all guests are comfortably seated before departure. In-Transit Experience Professional Driving: Smooth, safe, and scenic driving — always within speed limits and with an emphasis on comfort. Refreshments: Complimentary bottled water. Discretion & Courtesy: No unnecessary conversation or phone use; confidentiality is respected at all times. 5.
