5.00Awesome experience with Robbie. He was super helpful with our two younger boys and great at pointing out all the sea life. Kids loved the “James Bond” propellers also.

5.00Robbie was an awesome tour guide and he made the whole experience amazing! This exceeded our expectations! We seen several turtles and we were able to hold a slate pencil urchin and a cushion starfish as well as being able to pet an octopus! Def recommend resting the jets, my 14 yo loved it! Mahalo-Indiana Girls🌺

5.00This was such a great experience from start to finish. Local small company that makes sure you have a great time. Joe was our guide and he was awesome. Saw tons of turtles fish and Joe even found an octopus for us to take pictures with along with other sea creatures. If offered, use the James Bond underwater scooter. So much fun and highly recommend!

5.00We have been on dozens of snorkeling excursions around the world, and this was truly one of the best, if not the best experience we’ve ever had. Joe is an exceptional guide. His goal was to give us an unforgettable experience and he absolutely delivered. Joe is warm, engaging, and professional, and he goes above and beyond. This is not a typical boat tour, which we loved. We entered the water directly from Makena Beach and swam out to the reef, making the experience feel more personal and immersive. Joe knew exactly where to go and what to look for, and his expertise made all the difference. Everything we needed was provided; fins, snorkels, masks, life vests... and underwater scooters are available to rent if you want an effortless way to explore. We saw multiple sea turtles up close (we respected the 10 foot distance rule while watching the them) and Joe pointed out marine life we've rarely scene in nature. His ability to spot unusual creatures is truly impressive. One of the highlights was the photography. Joe captured incredible photos of us with wildlife in the background—images we will treasure forever and even more meaningful are the memories he helped create. When in Maui, we will absolutely book all future snorkel trips with Joe at Turtle Town Snorkel & Octopus Guided Tour With Photo and Video. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and exceptional snorkeling experience in Maui, this is it.

5.00Book this tour. Robbie was amazing and so easy going. Don’t even bother booking a big tour elsewhere. This one was so personal and felt really local and full of heart. We saw so much marine life and got so up and personal with some turts. 10/10.

2.00We were told to arrive 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time and that if we were late they would get started without us. We arrived at 11 am for an 11:30 start. The other party that was scheduled to join did not arrive until after 11:30 and our guide waited for them before starting his instructions. We spent another 20/30 minutes standing around before getting getting started which was a waste of time for the money we paid. Once in the water things continued to move slow. All in all our group spent maybe an hour in the water. For about $100 a piece we felt it was not worth the money and a waste of our time.
