Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

The sacred monkey forest in Ubud is one of the highlight to see how this natural monkeys behave to the visitors, this monkey forest located in the heart of Ubud village and very interesting to see.

Ketut was our guide for the day. I am sure there are many great guides in Bali but Ketut really was exceptional. His knowledge about Bali (as a native) and the local culture was so interesting and he was so willing to share this with us. Ketut was super friendly and funny too - cracking jokes and making the day really relaxing and comfortable. The tour itself was great and comms via WhatsApp before were great. We were keen to be flexible on the day and Ketut ensured that we were always happy and taken care of. From temples to monkeys to rice to coffee to waterfalls - all the stops were well thought out and exactly what we wanted and asked for. I really can't recommend him enough - we would not hesitate to use him again!

My husband and I had a great time on the tour with Ketut. Ketut picked us up from our hotel and met us with a lovely smile and enthusiasm. At each of the the stops Ketut was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot in return. Ketut made us feel at ease and the conversation flowed well in the car between each of our stops, and always made sure we had drinks and if we needed food. I would definitely recommend Ketut and its a shame we’re not staying longer as we would’ve booked him again for more sightseeing. Thank you for a great wonderful day. Laura & Alex

It was a great day, Ketut showed us beautiful places around Ubud. In addition, we learned a lot about the culture and traditions. The spots can't be captured on a photo how beautiful they are!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending time with Ketut during our trip to Bali, and honestly, he made our experience unforgettable! Not only is he incredibly funny and friendly, but nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Always on time, Ketut has the most amazing knowledge about Bali – from hidden gems to local traditions – he knows it all. We had such a great day with him that we ended up booking him again for the very next day! Luckily, he was available, and we went tubing, which was an absolute blast. Every single thing he recommended was so much fun and fantastic value for money. Ketut is so trustworthy and genuine that we’ve already recommended him to all our friends and family. Mr Ketut was a great guide and was always cracking jokes with us. He is very lively and brought us to great places with great heritage and meaning. He is also very informative and knows his stuff well! From plants to leaves to culture to places. He even goes the extra mile to take pictures for us and many other things for our great experience.
