Hop on board our free beach shuttle to Savvy On The Bay. Savvy on The Bay is located on the most pristine beach in Barbados, the very famous Carlisle Bay with its white sands and turquoise waters. When you arrive at Savvy on the Bay you will be greeted with a welcome drink. Your day also includes use of a beach chair and shared umbrella. Enjoy your ultimate beach day as you relax on the beach, swim in the sea, laze around in one of our hammocks and join us aboard Tranquility Cruises for a 70 minute snorkel cruise to swim with the turtles and snorkel at a shipwreck. Feeling a bit peckish? Enjoy a bite to eat from one of our food truck vendors (meals not included) Savvy on the Bay has washrooms, showers, gardens, lounging areas and pickle ball courts everything to make your beach day your best day in Barbados.

PLEASE NOTE !! If you do not enter or select a pick up location your tour will be cancelled as without this information we can not collect you for the tour. PLEASE submit the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking. If your accommodation is not listed please select the closest hotel to your accommodation. Once your booking is made please then contact us through the message center to advise us of the location you are staying. Please be mindful we only pick up from coastal areas along the South and West Coast unless you are booked on a private tour or your booking is 10 or more persons. In such cases we can make exceptions.

Savvy On The Bay
Savvy on the Bay is a beach bar and food truck park located on Carlisle Bay. Facilities include beach bar, food truck park, washrooms, showers, gardens and lounge areas, paddle ball courts and beach facilities including beaches loungers and umbrellas.
Join us aboard Tranquility Cruises. Our Turtle and Shipwreck Cruise is 70 minutes long. The cruise departs from Savvy On The Bay on Carlisle Bay al crescent-shaped bay located on the South West Coast of the island and is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches. in the world. On most days Carlisle Bay boasts calm turquoise waters with no undertow, delicately lapping on the soft white sand. This bay draws both locals and tourists alike with its breath-taking beauty above water, but also its’ thriving marine park that is enjoyed by scuba divers and snorkelers alike. Under the surface of the sea Carlisle Bay comes alive with vibrant tropical fish in abundance, sea horses, sea turtles, octopus, rays, and much more! Please note that the sea life seen from day to day varies.

5.00My husband and I had a fantastic time the staff were absolutely brilliant and helped my disabled husband snorkel and swim off a boat for the first time since he became disabled a few years ago. We saw turtles and they swam so close around us. Very well organised and friendly team. Thank you and we highly recommend the trip.

A Day of Magical Snorkeling Marred by a Failed Shuttle and Poor Service

3.00Our day started with an unforgettable snorkeling and beach experience that was the absolute highlight of our trip. For my six-year-old daughter, it was her very first time seeing fish, shipwrecks, and a sea turtle, and the wonder on her face was priceless. The star of the show was undoubtedly our boat guide, Giovanni. He was incredibly patient and friendly with my daughter, who trusted him immediately, and his kindness made her feel safe and confident in the water. Giovanni truly made the day magical for us.Unfortunately, the entire experience came crashing down at the end. We were scheduled for a 5:30 PM shuttle pickup back to our hotel. We arrived promptly at 5:25 PM only to be told the shuttle would be another 15-30 minutes. It never showed up. We were left stranded with no access to Wi-Fi to contact our family who was waiting for us at the Accra hotel at 6:00 PM. The bartender was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we asked for the Wi-Fi password. We finally got the password from another person who seemed to work there, but by then it was too late. My cousin eventually had to come and get us at 6:40 PM.While the on-water crew, especially Giovanni, was outstanding, the company's lack of hospitality and poor ground services were a major disappointment. It's a shame that such a beautiful and memorable experience on the water was ruined by the frustrating and unprofessional handling of the return shuttle. This is something the company absolutely needs to address.

5.00Pick up at hotel was great...wonderful organization at Saavy. There was music and bars. Umbrellas and chairs. Water sports. Boat ride to see the turtles was awesome, and the crew made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Saw ship wrecks, turtles and fish.

1.00We only used the beach day for this tour. The tranquility cruise and snorkeling was cancelled. We were so disappointed because we were looking forward to that. The lady said she would email about the refund. They never did. I called, chat...no response. We were not happy at least give the refund!
