Your trip to Las Vegas won't be complete without a tour of the mighty Hoover Dam! Built during the Depression, thousands of men came to Black Canyon to tame the Colorado River, and it took them less than 5 years to build the largest dam of its time.

This tour is not recommended for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia, has a pacemaker or defibrillator. Tours are conducted in confined spaces and in a power plant with generators emitting electromagnetic frequencies.
Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Please note: depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.

What To Expect
After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to the Hoover Dam. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Dam is around 45 minutes each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the way. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with, reclining seats, video monitors and over-sized windows.

5.00The driver guide, Micheal was awesome. He has good sense of humour, knowledge about history and small details of dam, answered questions from tourists, and very important thing, drove very carefully. A dispatcher worked really hard for me since I was late. (Forgot to confirm so I didn’t know actual hotel pick up time) She made it happened! I had totally great time. Everybody can enjoy this tour for sure. Highly recommended.

5.00We had a great experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained. I’m glad we took this tour. It gave us enough time to have a guided tour of the Dam. I enjoyed having the 10 mins to see the Welcome to Vegas sign. I would do this tour again.

5.00Great tour! Booked last minute so I was worried about getting info on pickup time/location but operator responded promptly. Picked up at the Bellagio and after 2 other hotel pickups, started off with stops at the Vegas Welcome sign (which to me was a bonus) and Pat Tillman Bridge for pictures before heading to the Hoover Dam. We were given 2hrs to tour the plant (ticket included) and view the dam from the outside as well as grab lunch (not included). Plant tour was very interesting and very informative. Afterwards, we opted to spend our time walking on top of the dam and taking pictures rather than getting food. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and felt it was a great way to see the dam. We would definitely recommend this tour.

4.00My partner really wanted to see the Hoover dam and the generators so I booked this tour. We got collected from the Bellagio and the bus driver was a hoot - cracking jokes and gave us an insight into Las Vegas and Boulder City en route. The official tour of the dam and generator felt brief (nothing to do with the tour operator as Hoover dam is government run) but was interesting and my partner loved it. The two hours we were given at the dam, which included the tour, felt long enough.
