Your trip to Las Vegas won't be complete without a tour of the mighty Hoover Dam! Built during the Depression, thousands of men came to Black Canyon to tame the Colorado River, and it took them less than 5 years to build the largest dam of its time.

This tour is not recommended for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia, has a pacemaker or defibrillator. Tours are conducted in confined spaces and in a power plant with generators emitting electromagnetic frequencies.
Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Please note: depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.

What To Expect
After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to the Hoover Dam. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Dam is around 45 minutes each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the way. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with, reclining seats, video monitors and over-sized windows.

3.00The Dam experience was wonderful. Enjoyed all the facts about construction etc... The driver of the Gray Line tour bus was OVER THE TOP on talking. Talked NON-STOP from Las Vegas to Hoover. NEVER took a breath. I like facts and figures BUT this was ridiculous. Plus, the speaker system was blown out, and everything was garbled. We were going to take an Uber back, but ChatOn AI said it was very hard to find an Uber just coming back. He did give it a rest on the drive back which made it tolerable.

5.00We went on a tour March 29,2026 and price was our bus driver/tour guide, he was absolutely amazing and very very knowledgeable! He told us everything there was to know about the Hoover dam, Las Vegas sign, different hotels! We loved this tour and would absolutely do it again! Very well priced, not an over long day, plenty of time to do everything you could want to do, you don’t feel rushed! The bus was full but we were not crammed, the bus was cool! Definitely best for all ages!
