He will introduce you to friendly local vendors, explain the unique fruits and vegetables, and show you the best spots for incredible, authentic photos. This is your chance to witness the true pulse of everyday Zambian life.

This is the emotional highlight of our day. We will time our arrival perfectly for the strict 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM public viewing session at this incredible rescue facility. You will get to witness the unforgettable moment the orphaned baby elephants eagerly rush out for their midday milk feeding. Your guide, Petros, will explain the amazing conservation work being done here to give these gentle giants a second chance at life in the wild.

If you plan on visiting Lusaka, this is a must have on your to do list! Petros made us feel very welcomed and safe while exploring throughout the local markets. Seeing the baby elephants at the orphanage was an amazing experience, as was eating at one of the local markets in Lusaka. We never would have had this type of experience if it wasn’t for Petros. Thank you again!!!!

If you want to live the true experience of Lusaka, this is it. Petros takes you to some super-local spots you’ll never find on your own. Between the crazy energy of the Soweto market and the ultra authentic street BBQ, it’s not a pretty ride for tourists... it’s the real life of the street. It feels like you’re immersed directly in the wild heart of the city. Frankly, huge.

We were a bit nervous about an 8-hour tour with our 5-year-old son, but this experience was absolutely perfect for our family. Our guide, Petros, was the key. He was so patient and wonderful with our son, and we felt completely safe in his clean, comfortable car. The flexibility of a private tour meant we could go at our own pace, which is a lifesaver with a little one. The itinerary was a huge hit. The look on our son's face when he saw the baby elephants running for their milk was priceless! Even the busy soweto Market was fascinating for him because Petros made it an adventure. Highly recommended

I booked this as a solo traveler and got incredibly lucky! I had, Petros, the guide, all to myself for the entire day! It was a fantastic experience. Having a one-on-one tour meant I could ask a million questions and really dive deep into Zambian culture. Petros is an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and a true gentleman. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring the city with a local friend. If you get the chance to do this tour solo, don't hesitate. It's an unbeatable experience.

Awesome way to see the highlights of Lusaka. Petros communicates quickly and clearly and goes out of his way to be accommodating. I would probably opt to cut the Freedom Statue in lieu of more time at the Elephant Nursery, perhaps adding a game drive option. I also thought Petros took too many photos of me.

Traveling with our 4-year-old daughter is always an adventure, and finding family-friendly activities can be challenging. This private tour with Petros was the perfect solution and an absolutely magical day for all of us! From the beginning, Petros made us feel incredibly comfortable and safe. She was very patient and kind to our little girl, and having a private car gave us the flexibility to go at our own pace without stressing her out. The itinerary was a great success. Our daughter was completely captivated by the baby elephants (she kept laughing😍😍!), and we could enjoy the amazing Mood of Soweto Market knowing we were in good hands. In addition, in Lusaka we found some traditional Zambian dances and celebrations in front of Lusaka National Park that my daughter loved. It was a very special moment to see their excitement and joy at the colors and movements of the dancers. I attached a picture of those dances so you can imagine how vibrant it was. But our favorite moment, no doubt, was the end of the day at the Cultural Village of Kabwata. It is a beautiful, quiet and colorful place. We bought a lot of amazing crafts to decorate our daughter's room and some unique gifts. They are really special pieces with a lot of soul. I have also attached a picture of Kabwata so you can see how beautiful it is. If you are traveling to Lusaka with young children and looking for a safe, authentic and stress-free experience, don’t hesitate for a second. It has been an unforgettable day!

Booked this as a group of friends and had an amazing day. Petros, our guide, was super chill and showed us all the cool spots. The elephant nursery was a massive highlight and the local BBQ lunch was fantastic. If you're in Lusaka with mates, this tour is a no-brainer. Great value and a lot of fun
