Worth the 4.30am pickup !!! Taken to a viewing platform to watch the sunrise over Uluru. Breakfast wasn’t included, but they offered coffee, tea and hot chocolate and some cookies. Once the sun was up, we had a 45 minute ride to Kata Jjuta where we walked into Wolfpack Gorge, this was over very rocky and uneven terrain but worth it for spectacular views with sun coming through the rocks. On way back to the hotel, we stopped at a viewing platform where we could see 6 or 7 of the 36 domes all at once But my top tip is get a fly net...there are hundreds of them and they're all over you when out and about... I didn't need lunch as I'd eaten so many of them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Expect some photo opportunities that will blow your mind -- you may well not have had anything like these previously. Hailey (sp?) was an awesome tour guide who gave excellent commentary and background info. This tour definitely exceeded our expectations...

This tour began super early so we could catch the sunrise over the rock. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but we still got great views of Uluru. There was a light breakfast afterwards. From there we headed to Kata Tjuta, which I really knew nothing about. It was a real bonus to see this other site that is sacred to the people indigenous to the land. Be sure to use insect repellent. Flies everywhere.

The trip was well organized and our tour guide did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and told us some interesting anecdotes. Unfortunately it was cloudy but I would definitely recommend this trip.

Fabulous view of Uluru at sunrise, and a very enjoyable walk. Walk was a comfortable hour - not nearly as challenging as I was expecting. Fabulous photo opportunities too.

Getting up early is worth it: You will be rewarded with the sunrise at Uluru, which bathes the rock in spectacular light. Besides hot drink and biscuit, the tips were helpful for the most undisturbed view, so I stood almost alone, could listen to the birds and only because a tree was in view. Afterwards we went to the gorge at Kata Tyuta, nuts for everyone, although the path took just max 1h. For those interested, guide Alex pointed out special features. Good tour for first impression. Advance booking is worth it.

Well organised. Had hot drinks and biscuits at the sunrise stop. Plenty of viewpoints for sunrise over Uluru, so not too crowded. KataTjuta stop and walk through gorge amazing. You really feel the enormity of the gorge. We were warned very uneven ground but fine if you take your time and remember not to walk and photograph at the same time! Not steep so ok for most with average fitness. Extra snacks were very welcome at this stop. Take your water bottle and you can refill them on the coach. Guide very informative.

The tour was excellent. Combining Uluru at sunrise and a walk through walpa gorge was the perfect combination. Don’t rush away at sunrise. The reddest view is about 10 minutes after sunrise when the sun is above the horizon. Hayley was very good. Interesting and knowledgeable.

Beautiful way to start the day with stunning views of both Uluru and the Olga’s. Alex, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and funny and made the morning extra special. Our driver was great as well and shared some cool history with us. Overall, the tour was as advertised. They made sure to have plenty of bathroom, breaks snacks, and clear instructions along with lots of cool history and facts.. It is five hours so I guess that is why it’s so expensive but given that it’s a large coach bus with just two employees and many tourists it seems expensive for what it was but overall worth it
