You will have a chance to tour the beautiful Amish farm which remains much as it was in the movie, interact with their many animals and possibly meet the wonderful Amish family who owns the farm. Our guide was incredibly knowledgable about the history of the Amish community and had a deep respect for the families who were willing to have us visit their beautiful homes. My daughter and I were blessed to experience such a culturally rich tour and loved meeting representatives of these families. We were reminded of how a connection to the land manifests an incredible spirit.

My partner and I did the Unique Amish Immersion tour on March 13, and it was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Lancaster. Our tour guide Moses was phenomenal and so knowledgeable. The tour was around 3 hours and every moment was worth every penny. Moses created an incredibly welcoming environment and answered any and all questions we had during the tour. We visited a few farms and met a lovely family with the most adorable and friendly children. 10/10 recommend. We were lucky enough to be on a tour of three people, and it was fantastic. The intimacy of the tour was unbeatable and made for the best experience.

Very informative. Great hospitality. Tour guide Jamie was especially helpful and shared such great info on the history of the Amish. Visiting the barns and homes were great handson experiences with dairy cows, horses and mules.

An outstanding experience. Our guide Moses was first rate. He was knowledgable and a fabulous tour guide. We saw so much and heard about the countryside and the history of the area, as well as about the current Amish living in Lancaster.

Very interesting and entertaining tour of the Amishland around Lancaster. We learned a lot and were spoiled with a very delicious ice cream on a farm. Our guide is based in the area and knew very well. He knew many of the families personally. Also nice was the small group size, which allowed a quick progress. The starting point was well equipped with toilets, small souvenirs and snacks.
