Egg coffee is likely the world's most iconic cafe drink. Invented in 1946 by Nguyen Van Giang during the Indochina War when dairy was in short supply, it was a huge success. It is world famous now for its unique creamy sweetness. the process is remarkably creative. We share it here. All the coffee used is of the strong flavourful Vietnamese Robusta brewed traditionally and used in various coffee specialties which you learn to make by doing and tasting your creations.
