5.00As self-proclaimed coffee connoisseurs, we were eager to learn about the history of egg coffee and how to make the most delicious egg coffee. We had the most lovely guide, Tram who walked us through on how to make the coffee as well as educating us on the history and how egg coffee came to be. We walked away from this experience with a wealth of knowledge and too many beans and honey. The cafe itself was aesthetically pleasing and the ingredients used were of great quality. Lacaph roasts their own coffee and uses their own micro-filter phin which created the most delectable coffee - we also loved that they substituted condensed milk with honey! 110% recommend, this was the best experience in Ho Chi Minh thanks to Tram and team.
