This unique experience will allow you to learn more about cooperage as well as your tastes in wine (and especially if you like wood in wine, typical aromas of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rioja wines, etc.)

We promise you a truly unusual experience since we will make you taste the same wine 6 times for 6 different experiences. Better still, we invite you to put yourself in the shoes of the winemaker and create (assemble) your ideal wine.

Thanks to this workshop, you will (almost) never make a mistake again with your wine purchases.

What To Expect

Tasting enthusiasts, this activity is made for you! Have you ever wondered why winegrowers put their wines in barrels? So let me take you for an hour to discover woody wines, characteristic of Bordeaux wines! For an hour, we will talk (a little) to understand the basics of cooperage. (But above all) Taste the same wine 6 times for 6 different experiences. (3cl per glass). At the end, you will be able to create (blend) the wine that suits you best! I could also help you choose your future bottle!

It is a different experience from conventional wine tastings, explaining at all times the wine making process and the differences in each type of wine, a recommended experience, in addition Françoise tried very hard to understand everything, as the talk was in Spanish, a hug and I hope you do very well 😊

I participated with my partner in a truly original wine tasting in Bordeaux, led by a young enthusiast in a district dedicated to sustainable development. Nothing to do with clichéd and overrated tastings found elsewhere. The wine, presented creatively, made us discover unexpected flavors. It was not so much the fame of the wine that mattered, but rather the original way of declining it, making the experience as surprising as it was authentic. We both loved it. If you want to try a new and unexpected approach to tasting, this is the perfect place. To try for curious and originality lovers!

Had such a great experience with Francis! Went with my boyfriend and we had a very basic knowledge of wine before hand, Francis was great with answering all of our questions. Fun class and amazing teacher! We feel like we have a better understanding of wine now :)

What a wonderful experience ! The host, Francois, is very charming and knowledgeable. We have learned so much about wine, the process of making it, and what types of wine are our favorite !
