Pick up service can be arranged at your hotel lobby in Hangzhou downtown or Hangzhou train station, you will find a welcome signage. Half day Hangzhou tour includes the following attractions. 5.00Booked this tour with hotel concierge, Tommy was good tour guide, flexible schedule. The pick up was 9am, where we went straight to west lake, then I asked for the special arrangement to lingyin temple, we had dimsum then completed the tour w tea plantation and bamboo It was nice time that we had last glimps of foliage West lake and temple were a bit of walk but super nice ! Highly recommended

5.00After a call on Sundaymorning we were able to go on tour with our guide Sharon. Picking us up at Hangzhou trainstation the driver brought us to one of the nicer entrances of the West Lake. Good explanation of Sharon and a boat trip to the other side of te lake, the driver picked us up again to bring us to the tea village of Meijiawu. Nice views and beautifull pictures ! On our way back to the train station, Sharon showed us an old market street where we also tasted different street food. We liked it a lot !

5.00We booked at the very last minute (the night before) for the experience but everything still went perfectly. The tour was just as how we expected it to be with timely pick-up, knowledgeable and friendly guide, customized to our interests, private car with AC (perfect for a very hot day); AND even exceeded our expectations when we thought the tour already ended but David and the driver was so nice to wait for us until later of the night to drop us off at the station because our train was not until 9PM. Highly recommended.

5.00David, our guide was very friendly, sociable. I have to been to China for many times already and have joined a lot of tours over there, so far, David is the one who I can said speaks very fluent English. He toured us around Hangzhou city, gave us some love stories surrounding the West Lake. We had a great boat ride going under canals which reminded us of Venice. We also went to a Tea plantations where they produced the best tea in China. He made sure that we were comfortable and not overly rushed throughout our tour.The highlight of the day's tour was lunch at a seafood market inside a supermarket owned by Jack Ma where we went and bought Live seafoods and have them cooked there. The cooking of the food was so delicious and cheap too. We were really happy that David was our guide. He is such a great guide, we would love to have him again in our future tour in Hangzhou.

5.00Whilst my partner was attending a conference, I decided to book this tour to occupy my time and learn more about Hangzhou. It turned out to be a really eye opening experience for me! The car and driver were a very comfortable and time saving experience. Bonnie was a very competent guide who could answer all my questions and carried out the tour with enthusiasm and competence from begging to end. The West Lake tour, tea plantation and temples were total highlights! Many thanks again to Bonnie and China tours! I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to take this tour!

5.00We had an afternoon flight out after a couple of days on business. We were picked up at 9am on the dot and returned to our hotel at 2pm perfectly on schedule to head to the airport. Very much enjoyed our walk around the gardens and boat tour of the lake, visit to the tea farm and leisurely stroll around around the old shopping street. Bonnie was an excellent guide and made our trip relaxed and very enjoyable.

5.00This tour was fantastic and more then anticipated. The car was comfortable, air conditioned, water provided. Lunch at a local farmers home was delicious and really good value. Having the tea picking / drying processes described to us in English made the process very interesting. We booked the tour as per the web site description however David our English speaking guide allowed us to mix things up a little. David's knowledge of the area and also the history of Hangzhou added to the overall experience of the tour. I thoroughly recommend this tour and David as your guide.
