Amazing, but scary experience. A 90 minute climb up and down over the roof of the 02, formerly the Millennium Dome. You do need to be fit to do this, I must advise. You will need to sign waivers. It's scary but exhilarating. It's a 30 degree climb up to the roof, where they have an amazing Christmas dome, ideal for photos with incredible views all over the City of London. I had an amazing Guide Anu, who was fantastic, I highly recommend asking for him. Friendly, polite, always conscious of your security and offering assistance, and always willing to take additional photos for you, of the adventure. They always take additional photos as well for purchase, which are NOT cheap, let me say, but after conquering this, worthy of a purchase. I suggest doing this in nice weather. I booked 48 hrs in advance seeing the day was going to be clear. It might be more terrifying in showers, LOL. Once you reach the summit, there are a lot of photo ops, or a glass of champagne if you wish to pre-book, which I did. Nice time up there to relax and admire the scenery, plus Anu showed us all types of sites around the areas, Amazingly knowledgable. I have been to London about 40 times, so I had visited much, but this was still a great adventure. I think I actually taught him a few things about London and the surrounding areas, as I was there whilst the Dome was being built in the late 90's. The downward climb on the riverside off the 02 is scary, trust me, really scary. You are secure, as they use a system so that you cannot fall, but it is still a tough climb especially downward. But it's a great feeling when you reach the bottom and know you conquered this!! Felt like an out of body experience to myself, and yet I have done bunjy jumping and skydiving in the past. For adventure seekers, this is a NOT miss. Pricing is not crazy either, it's a reasonable price for a very powerful experience. I doubt I'd do it again, but that said, I would highly recommend this to any thrill seekers or someone wanting an adventure. It's fun. After you finish, you have the 02 which has movie theaters, plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants, and a quick walk to the North Greenwich Jubilee Line tube station, which can get you anyplace in London. A worthwhile experience. I'm so glad I did. Good on the entire staff, especially Anu for making this adventure awesome., I shall always remember this. Best to all of you in 2026!!!!

A fun experience with my daughter on 4th December. Our guide Aaron was excellent, very proficient and knowledgeable. It was a small group of 6, so their was plenty of space and time to enjoy the views at the top, having had a most welcome drink in the snow globe. He willingly took photos on everyone’s phones and clearly enjoys his job, an asset to the team. A very well run and organised attraction. To be thoroughly recommended. It was pouring with rain, but we were supplied with rain-proof coats and shoes, and our guide Max made it such a fun and entertaining experience, it didn’t matter at all! We could see quite a bit of the surrounding London, but the top of Canary Wharf was obscured by clouds! I went with my daughter for a birthday treat, and we had a really great day!

We were a group of five celebrating a hen do on the 31st October and decided to start the day with some climbing. As I'm afraid of heights, I was quite nervous beforehand. The rain and wind on the day certainly didn't make it any easier in my head. Luckily, our guide Martin was absolutely brilliant! He made sure the whole experience felt relaxed, and eventually my fears had completely disappeared. He seemed to take good care of each climber from start to finish. At the top, we enjoyed a glass of bubbly, which was a nice touch especially for a hen party. We admired the views and listened to Martin's fascinating stories about the O2 and its surroundings. What stood out the most from the experience was the truly exceptional customer service we received the whole time. I contacted them beforehand by email and I felt so welcome already, while getting all the help I needed. On site, there were so many helpful staff members, always ready to assist, and often without even having to ask. Whenever I had a small problem or felt uncertain, it was sorted within seconds and always with such warmth that everything just felt so easy. Even afterwards, when we were buying photos of our climb, I was amazed at how patiently the cashier showed us the pictures again and again, constantly polite and smiling. This was a fantastic experience that I recommend to anyone visiting London! Having done the daytime climb, I'd now love to go there again and experience all their other options too! Sending love from Finland! 🇫🇮 PS Even though the gloves they offer are optional, I'd definitely recommend taking them!

We went up the O2 yesterday and had the best time! Our guide, Mark, was amazing – friendly, funny, and full of fascinating facts. He told us how eco-friendly the O2 is (even the toilets use rainwater!), explained the clever design of the structure, and shared stories about the famous people who’ve been up there. It was engaging from start to finish and great value for money. The views were incredible and it’s a perfect activity for families or groups . Huge thanks to Mark for making it such a brilliant experience. We’d definitely recommend it!

Fabulous experience! Aaron our guide was great fun, helpful and informative - thank you. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was extremely well organised and we loved every my minute of it. Being able to borrow a coat and gloves in addition to the shoes that you have to wear was very useful. Valuables are stored securely (Gizmo & Buzz Lightyear). We lucked out with the weather. It stayed dry and we had great views.

I had wanted to experience up at the o2 for many years, but after an injury last year, I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to physically participate. Today, I turned 40 and as a special day, my husband and daughter took me to London to celebrate! We started the day with a climb and although I was nervous, I didn’t need to be… we were in a group of approx 16 climbers, of all different abilities. This helped to lessen the worry as it did not feel rushed or pressurised. The guide, Abdul (hope I have spelt that correctly) was really supportive and nothing was a problem. He supported us all well and just wanted to make sure that we enjoyed the experience. Despite being at the back of the group, he did not forget us and came to check on us regularly, including asking if we were feeling ok. The ascent was fine but the final part of the walk is at 30 degrees and is quite challenging for those with existing injuries! I now want to go back for a twilight walk and would love to time it for the snowglobe!
