Absolutely loved it.. I am so proud that I finally got to complete this bucket list adventure. Karl, our guide for the tour, was a first rate diamond.. he was polite, professional and extremely patient. I did not comprehend how physically exhausting this would be for me.. I am asthmatic, but Karl patiently walked down with me helping me take breaks. I would fully recommend taking this tour over the O2 at least once in your lifetime.

We had a great time at Up at The O2. Our tour guide, Martin, was outstanding—he was with us for the entire duration of the climb and provided an excellent walkthrough of the city’s landmarks once we reached the summit. The experience itself is well-paced; the beginning of the climb is the steepest part, but it definitely gets easier once you find your rhythm and clear that initial incline. From an architectural perspective, seeing the dome's structure from that vantage point is fascinating, and the 360-degree views are well worth the effort. All in all, it’s a fun, active way to see the skyline. If you are around Central London, this is a fantastic activity to add to your itinerary. Would you like me to help you find another interesting structural or architectural landmark to visit while you're in London?

Martin was an incredible guide. The climb was challenging but fun. The wind made everything even more exciting all the while it felt very safe and controlled. We received a ton of history and Info about the city, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for something unique to do London, this is it! Highly recommend.

We visited Up the O2 today and had a lovely day out despite the foggy weather. The staff were incredibly accommodating considering we were late, and they were all approachable and helpful throughout the day. We started off with a video orientation which was followed by getting fitted into our gear. The climb itself was well-paced and we had the opportunity to pause at certain points. The view from the top was lovely, if I were to do it again I would book for a date when the sun is more guaranteed. It was a calm atmosphere considering what we were doing, and everyone was quite relaxed which helped us stay calm too. The climb down wa slightly more difficult for myself and I did find myself holding everyone up - so if you're not too confident, go at the back! Our guide Theo was great and very patient and we had a lovely time. The only point I'd make is that a digital download only option would be great for photo purchases as they were very expensive considering the tickets are £40.

We had a great time on our climb over the O2. The guide was very friendly and knowledgable of the landmarks around London. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future. The chance to purchase drinks at the top was a nice touch too. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience climbing Up at The O2, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Karl. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and excited for the climb. Karl explained everything clearly and made sure the whole group felt safe and confident before we set off. During the climb he kept the energy up with great conversation, interesting facts, and plenty of encouragement. He struck the perfect balance between being informative, fun, and making sure everyone was looked after. Reaching the top was incredible, and Karl made the experience even more memorable by helping with photos and making sure everyone had time to enjoy the view. He even led the group in singing Happy Birthday to me at the top, which was such a fun and unexpected moment that made the day feel extra special. You could really tell he enjoys what he does and wants everyone to have a great time. If you’re lucky enough to have Karl as your guide, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
