Upper Antelope Slot Canyon offers amazing photo opportunities of sculpted sandstone walls through a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. It was formed by flash flood waters that rushed into the cracks of the Navajo sandstone along with the power of wind erosion over millions of years. The narrow opening at the top allows daylight to pierce through and reflect off the various formations and surfaces of the canyon walls. This forms a myriad of photogenic angles. It is precisely this phenomenon that made this particular area a popular location for photographers and tourists alike.

This tour operator was great! The check-in process was quick and professional. The drive to and back from the canyon was smooth in a heated and enclosed passenger van. Our guide, Sonny was AMAZING! Our group was only 6 people. We had lots of time to take pictures at every stop on our tour. NEVER RUSHED! The Upper Antelope Canyon is a can't miss experience, especially with Sonny as a guide. He pointed out countless amazing sights and how to get the very best photos! Great stories about the canyon's history!

By the end of the trip, we all really loved “momma,” as we affectionately called our tour guide. She was very detailed and went above and beyond with photos and getting to know each group. She would be fun on an even longer trip. We went to Horseshoe Bend and Upper Antelope Canyon. Horseshoe Bend took our breath away and was a beautiful sight we will always remember. Antelope Canyon was beautiful and we again had a great guide, LeMoyne. He made sure we had the perfect picture throughout the tour. I recommend this tour. It may be smart to plan a light night before as it is an early departure.

Tickets on the site are very cheaper than on this site. It’s too expensive when we buy online. Thank you

Antelope Canyon is an amazing, must see place and this tour was informative and absolutely breathtaking. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the check in process and transportation to the canyon. Seems a bit much that they ask you to check in an hour ahead of your tour when there’s nothing to do while you wait and the bathrooms are port-a-potties. The drive to the tour sight is about 10 minutes on an unpaved road in the back of a pick up truck roughly converted to carry 10-15 people. No seatbelts, thought I was going to bounce out. Ladies, a sports bra wouldn’t be a bad idea. Overall, the tour is worth the time, money and minor annoyances.

Our tour with Nathaniel was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the canyon, pointing out unique shapes, sculptures, and hidden details within the rock formations that we would have easily missed on our own. He took great care of our group of 10, making sure everyone, whether single or a couple, got beautiful photos. Nathaniel went above and beyond, taking pictures with every phone handed to him and capturing the magic of the canyon perfectly. We were lucky to be the first group of the morning, and he truly set the bar high. Later that day, we toured the lower canyon with a different guide, and the experience just didn’t compare. Nathaniel’s attention to detail, patience, and enthusiasm made all the difference. I honestly wish he could have been our guide for both tours. Don’t forget to bring cash so you can tip him — he absolutely earns it! If you get the chance to tour with Nathaniel, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.

Booking through the national park express was a very bad experience for us and people on the phone are very rude to the point that they hang up on us 2 times just because we were asking simple questions. Moreover they don’t treat your sensitive data (credit card information) with confidentiality. If you wanna do the upper canyon tour book directly through tse bighanilini and not through them. Fortunately the tour itself was very nice.

Great for a rabbit. The guide had excellent shooting points and smartphone settings, which made it look good like a professional photo shoot. The tour fee was $100 when purchased at the local counter.

I left from Moab that morning. I awoke to drizzle and it rained all the way, off and on, to Page. Because of the time change, I arrived one hour earlier than planned, but that was okay, since I was already running late. I paid a bit more for the premium tour time, because I was hoping to get the sun overhead. And as luck should have it, when it came time for my tour, the clouds all ran away and the sun shined down on all of us. Our tour guide was Keanu. I actually spent a few minutes talking with him before the tour, since I was there so early. He was an AWESOME tour guide (and a really nice person in general!), and was very knowledgeable about the Canyon. He was super-helpful in getting everyone's cell phone cameras set up to take the best pictures possible. When good photo opportunities arose, he had us pose, while he took pictures of us on our cell phones! Pictures- isn't that what we all came for?! This guy was stupendous! There's a short ride to and fro from the tour center area to the Canyon- about 10 minutes each direction. The walk through the slot canyon was about an hour long at a meandering pace. Nothing too strenuous. After we exited the canyon, there's a little bit of elevation involved, but it's not bad. This tour was worth every single penny! Go do this tour!! I seriously doubt that there are many unhappy guests. Some of the best money I've ever spent!

Our tour guide seemed to be in the bad mood the entire time, which made the experience less enjoyable. I hope no one else has to go through that.
