There are NO kids allowed under the age of 8 years old.
You must arrive 20 minutes early. Experience a fully guided tour into the 8th wonder of the world, Upper Antelope Canyon. This tour will show the natural illuminating sunlight on the canyon walls, while it is changing colors throughout the seasons. Tour 1 allows sightseers to experience the canyon for around 80 minutes in their selected time slot. With the new updated guidelines, Upper Antelope Canyon is a single direction tour. Visitors will now exit with a 15-minute hike, up and over the beautiful canyon. There are 21 steps going up and 112 steps going down.
No children under 8 years old and due to the elevation changes, this tour is not handicapped accessible.

5.00We had an incredible experience with Carlyle today. He went above and beyond to help us enjoy the canyons. Not only did he capture the best pics for us but he also shared some great stories about his experience and Navajo nation. I chose this tour for the reviews and I normally never write reviews myself but Carlyle did such a great job today that I felt the need to give him his credit!

5.00We had a great time on the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour. Our guide, Selena, was wonderful. She did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions and was amazing at taking pictures along the way. It was an easy hike for our family - grandparents and 11 year old daughter. There was a lot of different groups within our tour time slot but they did a great job of moving us along while making sure everyone had time to take great pictures. We would highly recommend Adventurous Antelope Canyon.

5.00Our guide, Carlisle, was awesome. The canyon was absolutely beautiful, but Carlisle made it so much better. He talked about the canyon and helped us with pictures that came out so well! I would definitely do this tour again!

5.00Absolutely Fabulous. Just stunning. Very smooth walking trail. They take you in small groups. We went to Ken's in page. Got on a shuttle. Lillian was our driver and tour guide. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Once you get off the main road it's a dirt road approximately 3 miles to entrance. And it's quite bumpy. Multiple tour operators go to this same place. The entrance is quite high. You feel cool air coming out which is nice. Everywhere you look is picture worthy. Lots of family pictures. Our guide was very helpful with assisting in taking family photos. The whole process was just over an hour. No stairs to worry about. Highly recommended this upper tour.

5.00Admittedly, we were slightly skeptical at first. Mostly due to the cost. But WOW! It is worth every penny and more! Our guide was terrific and gave us a thorough history and showed us all the little details of how the canyon came to be, etc. very much worth your time!

4.00This was definitely an experience worth having. I sadly forgot the name of our host but he was great. I want to say his name was Jason but I could be wrong. But this was an amazing site to see. So much history and information about the Canyon that I would've never guessed. I won't spoil anything here about it but if you're thinking about going definitely go for it. And when you're done you can also visit Page & the Horseshoe Bend which are all a very short driving distance apart. If you're staying in the city OMG the drive up to this location is breath taking. I'll also add this note for my fellow camera people - Go with a wide lens especially if you have a crop sensor. 24mm or Lower is ideal. You wont be able to bring your camera bag but your Mirrorless Camera or DSLR camera's are welcomed. I ready some 3rd party review and it had me worried I couldn't bring it but Navajo people are amazing and I look forward to returning again.

2.00Mike, our guide was great but we almost cancelled tour before it started because of the EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY staff at check in. So rude. We felt so unwelcome. No one greeted us, they just looked annoyed that we were there. I would recommend the hike but with a different company. One that appreciates your business.
