1.00The driver never showed up. We waited 30+ minutes. Tried calling the provider, Sayyah Uzbekistan, and the number was no longer in service. A local r taxi driver tried and got the same message. Not a good experience.

1.00The airline changed arrival time, tried which possible way to contact the tour operators that yielded to no result these efforts included sending messages thru Viator’s chat space. Needless to say, the driver was no show - absolutely inexcusable - I have cxld all of my remaining Viator tours

5.00We traveled by train from Tashkent - Samarkand - Khiva - Bukara - Samarkand - Tashkent on a variety of different trains. Total distance 2250 km, total cost $70. Every train we caught was on time to the minute.
