2.00The airport works properly (security, controls ...). However, the staff of the shops and of the restaurant is disastrous. Employees are not only unfriendly, they are impolite, non professional, and ostensibly ignore the potential customers. UVf should really consider corrective measures.

5.00I found marks and his taxi service on the Royalton Facebook page. He was highly recommended. I made arrangements with him for transfer to and from hotel and booked an island excursion with him. He was very friendly, funny, knowledgable. He is quick to respond to messages. Along the way to the hotel he stopped at pull outs to take pictures of the scenery. Mark is also really good at taking photos for you. We did the island tour with him. Mark made the excursion so much easier than going with a big group. I would recommend him to any body going to visit the island.

He was so warm, so knowledgeable, and made sure we returned to the airport right on time. I highly recommend booking Rising Sun Taxi. His vehicle was also very comfortable with amazing AC. 5.00Wow!! I cannot praise this company enough! Mark, our driver, was fantastic. He was friendly and professional and EXCELLENT driver! We had heard that the journey to Sandals Grande Saint Lucia was very long and unpleasant in the shuttle. Thankfully, I was not nervous at all, with his expertise and conscientious driving. My husband was equally impressed. Mark was so knowledgeable about the different areas we drove through, sharing about beautiful St. Lucia. I HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Taxi Service. We will be calling them again!

5.00Had a lovely experience using Rising Sun Taxi Service Saint Lucia during my first trip to the island this week. Had the pleasure of meeting Mark and his son during the ride from the airport to and from the Royalton St. Lucia. The drive was about 2 hours but the scenery was impressive on the way. The vehicles used were spotless and quite comfortable with air conditioning. We were offered drinks each way and given opportunities to take some beautiful photos on the journeys. Both drivers were very punctual and reached out to confirm pickups and drop offs in a timely manner. The conversation flowed naturally and felt very comfortable during the drive. I would not hesitate to put my trust in Mark for another airport transfer and hope in the future to do one of the excursions that he offers around the beautiful island. Thanks again!

5.00Wow! What a wonderful experience we had with Mark, strong communication before and during our stay to ensure our trip is going well. Check in for the taxi was easy and Mark was there waiting for us to take us on our way to the resort, cold drinks and aircon was waiting for us in the mini van. Mark is such a friendly and informative gentleman, if we were to return back to st lucia he would be our no1 man to go back to! On the return my daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting his son Marknyl who was also extremely friendly and pleasant to be around. We strongly recommend rising sun as we are 100% sure you will also receive a great service & care as we did! Hope to see you both in the near future! Take care, Jan & Reanne x

5.00Mark is a lovely guy always polite, punctual and very professional. He knows I am not keen on the roads as they are quite windy but always drives very careful. He always chats and tells us about the area . Overall we would not use anyone else. In our opinion he is the best .

5.00I saw good reviews of Rising Sun on Facebook and decided to make contact to arrange a private transfer for my partner and I. Mark responded very quickly and answered any queries I had. When we arrived at the airport he was there waiting for us, with a warm welcome and nice cold water and local beer. We enquired about doing a tour of the Island. Again, Mark was very accommodating. We arranged a date and he asked what we wanted to include in the tour. He factored in everything we had asked for, and the price included lunch and refreshments. As we drove round the Island Mark gave us lots of information about the island and was clearly very knowledgeable and a proud St Lucian. One of drinks on offer was the most delicious rum punch I have ever tasted, made lovingly by Mark’s wife. We mentioned to Mark that we were interested in going to the Friday street party at Gros Islet. He quoted a very reasonable price and arranged for a driver to drop us off and collect us. Another service that we couldn’t fault. Mark is a real gem and I would absolutely recommend Rising Sun to anyone visiting St Lucia.
