My friend and I recently completed a 5–6 day tour of Uzbekistan, visiting Khiva, Bukhara, Tashkent, and Samarkand. The guides throughout the trip were very knowledgeable and provided excellent insight into the history and culture of each city. All of the cities were beautiful, but Khiva and Bukhara stood out the most. Some of the highlights included exploring the open-air museum atmosphere of Khiva’s Old City, visiting the vast markets and artisan workshops in Bukhara, and participating in a bread-making class in Samarkand. The food was delicious at every restaurant we visited, and the hotel accommodations throughout the trip were comfortable and enjoyable. One area for improvement would be communication between the tour operator and the local guides, as there were a few occasions where itinerary details or updates were not provided to the guides in a timely manner. Despite this, the guides handled everything professionally and ensured the trip still ran smoothly. Overall, this was a fantastic way to experience Uzbekistan’s history, architecture, food, and culture, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Central Asia.

We are delighted with our trip to Uzbekistan with EVANEOS (Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand). From the beginning of the project, we were able to communicate easily with Narina from the ANUR TOURS agency, who was attentive to us and very responsive. We appreciated: the hotels very well located, the well-thought-out organization of the days, the respected schedules, and the punctual and careful drivers. Our guide DAVRON, who speaks French perfectly, was very attentive, fascinating, and eager to help us discover the history of the visited cities and their treasures. These 8 days on site will be unforgettable. A big thank you for their kindness.

Everything was perfect. Our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We were lucky to have him; he shared countless insights and provided podcasts from Arte to listen to during the trips! The agency is very responsive and attentive, very concerned about our comfort, allowing for early check-in upon our very early arrival from Paris, which enabled us to rest before the start of the visits.

Just returned from a one week vacation in Uzbekistan. Elina from Anur Tours organized a tailor -made individual roundtrip to the ancient cities of the silk road for me. It was a great cultural experience. Very good guides and drivers. Charming boutique hotels. Elina even managed to get a ticket for the high speed train for me although it was fully booked. I can highly recommend this travel agency. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Narina from the Anur Tour agency organized for the four of us a tour of the Silk Road cities in Uzbekistan. Everything was perfect: the comfort of the hotels ** and ***, the visits with perfectly francophone guides, the professionalism of the drivers, the transport between the cities by plane and train. As for the hotels, they were all comfortable and quiet, well located in the center of the cities (Old Tashkent in Tashkent, Minor Boutique in Khiva, Old Bukhara in Bukhara, Billuri Sitora in Samarkand). The staff spoke English, but special mention at the Hotel Billuri Sitora in Samarkand where the owner also spoke French.

I chanced upon ANUR TOURS along with many others on surfing the internet Narrowed down to Anur tours as they checked many of my requirements ,most important being a registered Tour agency with Uzbekistan government ,and their clear and concise policies on their website MARJONA played a very big role with her promptness in replying on mail and later whatsapp each and everytime .She customized the tour exactly to our wishes following brief given to her All the hotels she booked ,train tickets, vehicles ,drivers ,guides were just what we wanted She helped us when due to flight cancellation we had to change our dates She updated us on all custom regulations and restricted items etc prior to travel Gave us all necessary information for visa application which we then obtained online The itinerary was perfect ,to our pace and liking .Marjona was contactable throughout before and during the trip. Payment was clearly mentioned 30% on booking and remaining a month prior to travel .Marjona would always acknowledge money and even gave us receipt for transactions . Final voucher was sent prior to our trip .All train tickets and entrance tickets to various sites in all three cities were handed to us by Marjona when we visited the office of Anur tours .Got to meet her in person too VEHICLES AND DRIVERS . We were welcomed at airport by a driver easy to locate as he had Anur Tours placard in hand .Everyday we would get a clean comfortable 7seater van for our tours All drivers were good ,safe ,on time .however with limited knowledge of english language ( not to bother as guide was with us all the time) FAKRIDDIN,AKSAR,BHAKTAWAR (,missed a few names ) these guys were with us the most in Tashkent ,Samarkhand ,Bukhara. Special mention of Aksar in Samarkhand who arranged a van with a step to enter the vans making it easier for us to get inside GUIDES ZARINA was with us in Tashkent ,fluent in English , going beyond just telling us about sites with all her stories of daily life in Tashkent and Uzbekistan ANORA in Samarkhand welcomed us at the railway station ,again fluent in English and made all the sites interesting by historical facts .Daytrip to Konigil paper factory was made interesting by her explaining each and every process in the place SHAXNOZA was our guide in Bukhara .Thanks to her for dividing our walking tour in such a way that it was less tiring ,more interesting and used an electricvehicle to get us from Ark of Bukhara to Lyabi Hauz .Again her interesting stories made bukhara enjoyable Just follow the guides they help you with the best eating places restaurants ,money exchange ,and shopping HOTELS We had requested mid range hotels and the ones selected by Marjona were all clean, good location ,safe ,serving excellent uzbek breakfast Overall we had a marvellous time in Uzbekistan Thanks to Anur tours and Marjona
