Very Fun environment, generous appetizers, sangria, paella and dessert. Well worth the expense but the best part were the 3 hosts/chefs, It was a neat leaning experience but the presentation, laughter and delivery made for a very fun evening. The My first paella team did a wonderful job of engaging with the guests and we felt like we were all friends after the evening. Strongly recommend this class

Top notch experience with fun culinary crew. More than enough to eat and drink. Really good quality ingredients and everyone participated in cooking. We didn’t want to leave when it was over!!! The BEST.

Great fun learning how to cook, and then eat, local food. The chefs were excellent tutors who really know their stuff! A great way to meet fellow travellers.

We attended this event for first time and others there were their third time. We absolutely loved the teaching and entertainment while learning to prepare paella in its traditional way. Christina and Juan exceeded our high expectations! Gracias!

This activity was very enjoyable. The food, the drinks, and the hosts/lead chef were warm, friendly, informative, and entertaining. I can see why people come back again and again. If I get to return to Valencia, I can see myself signing up for this again.
