We had a great time with Esteban exploring Valparaiso and the surrounding areas, and also wine tasting (which was tweaked to even allow a kids' wine tasting!). He was very knowledgeable, made the day interesting for everyone, and got us treats at the local markets. We spent more than a week in Chile and this was one of our favorite days.

Esteban was very knowledgeable about the history and also current events. We learned a lot about Santiago’s history as well. We had an absolutely wonderful day with him!

From the bodega to the city of art, you will be transported to narrow colorful streets with expressive art around every corner. The guides are masterful at taking you to some of the best. An absolute amazing experience.

Super interesting tour the guide was perfect because he really talks about his city. Surprising city. Street art is omnipresent and tells the story of this country to meet and not visit...

I had such a hard time researching what I thought was the “best” tour to take and am so glad I chose this one. This was such a lovely fun day! I had such a great time I phoned a family member right after to recap it. I felt we had appropriate amount of time in each location (this was my biggest concern when reading reviews about other similar tours) and it was so great to chat with Daniel- so warm and funny! Viña Del Mar on a Sunday was simply magical coastal vibes- everyone just out and about exercising and chilling! The lunch place they took us to in Valpo had stunning views and Valparaiso was so incredibly interesting. Great driving and the team throughout the say accommodating any request we had throughout the day flawlessly, but they’ve thought of virtually everything so I don’t think you’ll want for much. I will absolutely be recommending this tour to anyone heading to Chile- I hope to return.

I went with a group of 4 other friends and we had a blast. The tour company was very communicative beforehand, asking for our preferences in order to personalize the tour. The ride was on time and our tour guide was very nice, knowledgable, and flexible with the itinerary. The winery we visited was beautiful and the lunch in Valparaiso was excellent! I would definitely recommend this tour.

Daniel was great. Speaks perfect English, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was accommodating to whatever we wanted to do and added nice touches of providing water, sunscreen and buying us coffee. Van was very nice. Driver was great and exactly what we wanted to do. Perfect customized day in Valparaiso. Only drawback was lunch restaurant but may have been new restaurant he was trying.

Impressive tour from start to finish with Daniel and Boris. The planning and logistics were perfect to ensure we efficiently enjoyed multiple high quality experiences. Of the highlights, they chose to show us a smaller and unique wine estate that was different than anything we had seen in the days prior. We then enjoyed a beach front walk across viña del mar before a few beautiful hours in Valparaiso. Another memorable feature was a outdoor lunch with excellent views from a high point of the city. I deeply appreciate Daniels thoughtful commentary throughout the trip and ability to answer many questions. We felt the day was completely tailored to our preferences and interests.

Servitour was referred to me by the W Santiago for a private day tour to Vina del Mar, Valparaiso and Casablanca. I was interested in some fresh air, walking and the street art of Valpo. Servitour was very responsive as well as offered good recommendations for my day. My guide was Daniel and Marco the driver. They arrived on time, the drive was safe and comfortable, they were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The pace and variety of my day was nice. We did a short walk in Vina del Mar which took us by the Reloj de Flores. We then went to the busy port in Valpo and up a funicular to an abundance of street art. After lunch in Valpo at Caffe Turri (nice outside terrace), we drove to Villard Fine Wines in Casablanca. Good wine and lovely and relaxing environment. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Servitour for tours.
